My experience with Uprent was great. I downloaded a browser extension, it adds some useful widgets to rental platforms. While I was doing my search, there were several updates of the functionality. It started to support some of the smaller platforms, like VERRA Makelaars. Whoever created this - thank you!

Definitely recommend this one. I was onboarded personally, their CEO explained how the platform works. I^ve never experienced such care and attention before.

Turborent is such a lifesaver if you are looking for a place to rent in NL. Don't get me wrong - apartment searching is absolutely still gonna suck (looking at you horrible landlords....) Its just that its gonna suck WITHOUT also requiring so much admin and organising and filling out stupid forms that you basically have a second job.

The setup process was super easy and you don't have to download some stupid app or add yet ANOTHER house search website to the list. The chrome extension basically puts little save buttons on housing websites like pararius and kamernet so when you see a place you like you can click on the save button and it gets sent to your turborent overview.

Oh my god this saved so much time. Basically all the places I like from all the websites got saved onto this board divided into sections/columns like 'to apply' and 'application sent' and 'viewing booked' etc. And then each place i saved on pararius/kamernet was put into the 'to apply' column as a little square with the name and picture on it. If you click on the square you get a little pop-up window where you can see all the pics and info from the original website and MAKE NOTES. Game. Changer. (but my boyfriend probably doesn't think so because now he has to read all of my notes from the million houses I've saved....)

You can click apply on the ones you like and it takes you to the application page for that specific house on the original website AND THEY ALREADY INSERT TEXT FOR YOU TO EDIT FOR YOUR APPLICATION. Its even in Dutch!!! I also discovered that THE TEXT GETS SAVED FOR YOUR NEXT APPLICATION EVEN IF ITS FOR A DIFFERENT WEBSITE. AHHHHHH.

When you applied somewhere you can change the status in your turborent board by dragging it over to the 'application sent' section and repeat for the next stage if you get a viewing or something. Its just so easy to see where you are at for each house and what you still need to do/follow up on. I don't have to spend 16 hours looking for links in whatsapp or searching through my emails any more - I may actually have time for a social life again!!!

As far as I can see there's only one downside which is that it doesn't work with Funda right now. If they can fix this then I will seriously consider renaming my 2 cats 'turbo' and 'rent' as a sign of gratitude.

TLDR: If you're looking for a place in any of the big cities in NL (tbh most of the towns and villages too) and you value sleep, you need turbo rent.

I found my apartment using TurboRent, which is a fast and user-friendly tool. They have excellent customer support, and I would certainly recommend it.

I've tried other rental platforms, but TurboRent is by far the best. Their attention to detail is incredible. Roadmap has the whole rental process covered — turns out rent in the Netherlands works much different from what I was expecting.

TurboRent helped me identify potential problems when looking for a rental apartment. Their quiz is extremely valuable, unfortunately I can't rent yet. There are tons of useful information about the process. I'll definitely come back to this platform again.

Thanks TurboRent! I first tried with Comfycorner but they sent me to you. Now, things are easier for me to understand. Some things are missing, but someone from the team talked to me about it. I think more good stuff will come.
