My car worth 15000 EURO for a second hand price, and you give me 4000EURO to sell? lol It is for a noob who knows nothing about car to use your company.

What was important for us was to find a decent SUV in our budget and we were happy to see a lot of options. Our contact person Jan was very helpful in choosing the right auto which was a VW. He informed us in details about the various cost and how much it might cost with early maintenance.

I've been living in Belgium for a while and due to work I didn't have time to look for a car. I found this page by chance and decided to try to buy a Skoda Octavia brand car. I really did not expect that it would be such a good company, that it would have such a good sales system. I found the car of my choice, applied online for the loan, and everything went perfectly. they sent me all the car documents and the car home. the car was in excellent condition, clean, and the vehicle that transported it was also impressive. i would like to say congratulations on the way the business is run, because it really is the best one can use. I will definitely get the next car from the same company again.

It was so easy. They bring my car to my home. The person who made the delivery was so kind and helpful. Only thing is call center is not always that kind but it is okey.

They don't check the car properly before selling it. They sell a car with a lot of problem. Never trust this Autohero. Don't follow on my footsteps, I have so many problem now .

Don't buy a car from AutoHero. They sell you a broken car. I bought a car from AutoHero and after just 1 ride of 15 mins i already see error from the car dashboard, went to garage with the warranty of AutoHero it was free. But after a month around 1500 km driving another error , engine error. I already see further problems with this car. Never buy car from this site.

Worst Customer Experience ever. I lost around 700 € with this company. I ordered a car with this company and I got a date to go pick up the vehicle. The day of the delivery at 12 PM I got a call to tell me the car is not ready. Several days later and after a bunch of calls and emails they recognized that the vehicle cannot be delivered due to serious mechanical issues. I lost:

- 30 euros for the number plate
- Half a day of my freelancing job: 300 €
- 1 month of insurance: 75 €
- Roundtrip train ticket: 14 €
- Road tax for a vehicle that I never saw in real life: 275 €

So don’t believe the “satisfait ou remboursé” of this lunar concept. If you are not satisfied with the car you maybe can return it but you will lose a lot of money in the process. Go buy a car at a traditional dealer and don’t trust this concept.

I have recently purchased a new car Peugeot 3008 from Autohero Team, the car and Autohero Team’s service was really excellent and awesome also we are very satisfied with services, I highly recommend Auto Hero for everyone since we have received a great and pleasant service from them.

After preparing the budget we were looking for a suitable used car based on our requirements but we couldn’t find a perfect one even after searching all used cars showroom and other media, so we were about to drop our plan. But at that time one of friend has given me the information about Autohero car dealers and their website and I have gone through the website to find a suitable vehicle. The first and foremost thing is that they have given me a great service and accurate information about the cars in the initial stage itself, and I was very happy and comfortable in the initial stage itself, also I could able find so many cars based on my requirements and budget and compared to other car dealers I feel like they are selling the cars with reasonable price range.

Finally I was able to find my right car Peugeot 3008 from Auto Hero and when compare to other dealers, Autohero has given me the car with a reasonable price and the car was well maintained, when I have received the car it is like a new car delivered from showroom and I was very excited, they have also focused on each and every part of the car to make it very perfect and updated, we are very happy with the entire process from the initial stage to car delivery. Before the car delivery they have checked with us for our availability and delivered the car on time, the each and every process was very easy and smooth.

Whenever I have a concern or doubt regarding the car they will be available at the right moment to take care of all those things, before going through this online platform I was not that much comfortable for buying a car through online, but after my experience I’m very satisfied with the platform and service they are providing and I highly recommend Auto Hero for everyone to find their perfect car with a reasonable price, once again thank you so much Autohero and team for the excellent service.
