Twice the purchases, twice the satisfaction!

Highly recommend AutoHero! This is my second purchase with them and the quality is consistent. The cars are 100% accurate to the ads. My sales assistant, Robert K., was fantastic—very easy to talk to, kept me updated constantly, and walked me through the whole process. It’s great to work with people who actually care about the customer experience. See you guys for car number three!

Fix the bugs in the app

I had some issues in the past and now not long time with an payment.
I sent out an email and I get a response very fast and every time the issue was sorted. The only thing is to fix the bugs on the app because is crashing and we can't use it properly.

Best experience with DPD

Best experience with DPD. Never happened to don't get my parcel in time.
And Dean, the delivery driver is just amazing! He is so polite and he call all the time and my parcel never was lost, 10 by 10 for him and DPD.

Serted!

I brought a waterproof jacket and was faulty the zip after 3 day's. I sent it back 2 times and I got 2 times a same jacket.
Impossible!
Update: I got a new jacket finally and now I can say is sorted, the process was long but is here. Thanks
