i didnt even get the car yet, but special tnx to Robert. we called daily and he explained Thoroughly all the steps of pre-purchase and post-purchase. therefore not in layman's terms, but 100 accurate. He listens to your needs gives you options, and warns you for traps that people sometimes fall in while buying the wrong car that's not suitable for the buyer.
