I had and still have a very bad experience with them, which I didn't expect, I bought a car from them and picked it up in a pitiful state, dirty, even very dirty, empty tank, the battery was discharged being a hybrid plus other problems with the turbo and engine mounts, problems that I noticed from day one. I took the car to have a diagnosis done on my own money, it turned out that the car really has the problems I listed but the people at Autohero don't want to repair it under warranty. So, get rid of Autohero or at least lower the price of the car by at least 25 percent and get it without a warranty, because anyway that warranty is completely useless and to their advantage.I'll hang up on you if you don't agree with them.

We are sorry to read that this is your experience with us. We do want to make an important clarification. We have invited you twice to bring the car to a BMW garage so the issues could be properly diagnosed and addressed under warranty. Unfortunately, you chose not to do this and continued driving more than 9,000 km with the reported problems. By waiting several months before having the car inspected by the garage we indicated, the situation has worsened unnecessarily.
It is very disappointing to see that you accuse us of not wanting to help, while from the very beginning we have been ready to support you and resolve the matter in the correct way.
