Good service, nice and professional people give the car in a good way in the pick up centre the Machelen.

I had and still have a very bad experience with them, which I didn't expect, I bought a car from them and picked it up in a pitiful state, dirty, even very dirty, empty tank, the battery was discharged being a hybrid plus other problems with the turbo and engine mounts, problems that I noticed from day one. I took the car to have a diagnosis done on my own money, it turned out that the car really has the problems I listed but the people at Autohero don't want to repair it under warranty. So, get rid of Autohero or at least lower the price of the car by at least 25 percent and get it without a warranty, because anyway that warranty is completely useless and to their advantage.I'll hang up on you if you don't agree with them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Autohero regarding a Lexus UX 250h we were seriously considering purchasing.

After multiple phone calls and confirmation from several Autohero agents (including the Antwerp office), we made a trip from Antwerp to Kortrijk to inspect the vehicle. Upon arrival, the car didn’t even start due to a dead battery. No prior notice, no apology – just wasted time and energy for a completely preventable issue.

We also had asked for essential documentation and information about the car’s condition, warranty, and hybrid battery health before and after the visit. While we were told they would email everything shortly, we never received any of it – not even a basic follow-up, despite further attempts to contact them.

Even worse, we were told to contact Lexus for some of the documentation, but Lexus confirmed that this is the seller’s responsibility.

This kind of customer treatment is not acceptable. No respect for buyers’ time and no transparency.

If you're considering Autohero, I recommend being extremely cautious and demanding all documentation in writing before committing to anything. Sadly, this has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I got a full refund with auto hero after i discovered the engine of the first car (Peugeot 2008) i bought with them had a problem through a diagnose by a garage after 9 months. Now i am happy enjoying my second car (fiat 500x) that i purchased and got delivered yesterday. With no doubt i have trust in auto hero credibility.

Beware of Authero! You a running a high risk. I regret having chosen Autohero. This is my case. I purchased a car from Autohero in June 2024. Since then I had multiple technical issues with the car. However Autohero refused to accept its legal responsibility for any issues (except for a minor scratch). Here are only a few examples. 1.Autohero did not tell me the truth about the condition of the car. It claimed that the brakes were in ‘perfect conditions’. They were not. In fact, they had to be replaced urgently. 2. Autohero refused to accept its responsibility for a malfunctioning differential on the grounds that the differential is not referred to in its own list. (This does not matter, no list can overrule the mandatory provisions of Directive 2019/771 granting you a one-year-guarantee for hidden faults.) 3. Autohero will not tell you if the car had been involved in an accident and that the chassis had been repaired. In my case, the reparations have not been done properly and the traces of the previous accident are clearly visible (widening panel gaps). However Autohero refused any responsibility to do further reparations or reduce the price. I sent them a long letter with my legal arguments. They did not even reply. That is really reflective of their entire attitude. Sure, you can send the car back within 21 days (and 500 kms) but by that time you have incurred delivery fees and fees and taxes for the registration of the car that you will never get back. Do not buy a car from Autohero! Buy a car from a dealer where you can actually see and try the car before purchase! Autohero, if you are reading this, see you in court! Your conduct towards customers is unacceptable!

They promise the car two different person at same time.They are not ashamed an sent email to me saying sorry.I charged loan from bank.One day ago your car in process and another day your car has been cancelled.Totally disappointed.Never think againNever recommended
