My experience with James Taylor from Best Car Buyer was exceptional. He was open, honest, highly efficient and very responsive…qualities that I truly value. It gave me confidence to go ahead with the sale.

When it came to collection day, the process was longer than expected, but it wasn’t helped by the poor mobile signal where I live. The collection company was very professional and Tom was a great guy to spend time with whilst the process took place.

Overall, a very satisfied customer and I would certainly recommend compared to my limited experience with the auction sites, one of which I struggled to understand and be understood! That was enough to get me looking at alternative sales options and the Best Car Buyer reviews made my decision and I can now back them up and am pleased with my choice.

I was looking for a second pair of Jabra Elite ear buds and found a pair on Fruugo. This was my first experience using this site and it was easy to order and their processes seemed good.

It took 10 days for them to arrive in early Nov-23 which I thought was pretty reasonable. My excitement at receiving the earbuds immediately turned to disappointment when I opened the parcel, as the earbuds didn't fit snugly in their charging case but rattled around. They felt inferior and poor quality compared to the pair I already had which are several years old, so I decided to return them.

I followed the return instructions and paid a whooping £16.45 to send them tracked delivery and then....nothing! Christmas came and went and when I checked the return status they were stuck in customs. I sent a query to Fruugo on their site and heard NOTHING!

Almost 16 weeks after sending them back there was a knock at the door and the postman handed me the returned package!! So I am now stuck with a pair of earbuds I don't want, having also lost the postage costs! Totally useless!!

I HOPE MY EXPERIENCE SERVES AS A WARNING TO OTHERS USING THIS SITE!!!!
