An Expensive and BAD Experience!

I was looking for a second pair of Jabra Elite ear buds and found a pair on Fruugo. This was my first experience using this site and it was easy to order and their processes seemed good.

It took 10 days for them to arrive in early Nov-23 which I thought was pretty reasonable. My excitement at receiving the earbuds immediately turned to disappointment when I opened the parcel, as the earbuds didn't fit snugly in their charging case but rattled around. They felt inferior and poor quality compared to the pair I already had which are several years old, so I decided to return them.

I followed the return instructions and paid a whooping £16.45 to send them tracked delivery and then....nothing! Christmas came and went and when I checked the return status they were stuck in customs. I sent a query to Fruugo on their site and heard NOTHING!

Almost 16 weeks after sending them back there was a knock at the door and the postman handed me the returned package!! So I am now stuck with a pair of earbuds I don't want, having also lost the postage costs! Totally useless!!

I HOPE MY EXPERIENCE SERVES AS A WARNING TO OTHERS USING THIS SITE!!!!
