I have recently bought a new house in West Hull which I have renovated throughout July ‘26
I contacted the United Carpet store on Boothferry Road on 3 separate occasions as work progressed for my house to be measured up for carpets and flooring.
I spoke to Craig on each occasion who has been so friendly and helpful and has advised and recommended the most suitable flooring at the best prices.
All the carpets and flooring were measured and professionally fitted by Leon and his mate who have done an exceptional job.
I am so pleased with the products and service throughout and would highly recommend.

When I visited the store (which I did many times as I'm very indecisive!), they left me to it and didn't follow me around or ask me questions. When I was ready, I went to them & they were incredibly helpful. I ended up having a carpet fitted & they were brilliant. Absolutely no problems fron start to finish!!

Excellent service and quality
No pressure selling in the shop.We were left to browse until ready. Flexible fitting dates and happy to store carpet until we had room decorated 2-3 weeks later. Slight hiccup with fitting day due to staff illness but were able to fit next day to tie in with our plans- great communication throughout. Fitting was quick and efficient. All in all a great service and excellent value. Would highly recommend.
