3 day delivery and great communication

I read the reviews so was expecting a long wait. I paid with PayPal and paid for insured delivery to increase safety. I placed my order on Sunday and here I am on Wednesday writing this review on my new Samsung tablet. The price was great and I can't fault the service. I received regular emails telling me the status of my order.

Fraud Trafer

As per many other reviews I too thought I was ordering from a UK company but after weeks of waiting dispatch I still don’t have any actual delivery details and discovered it from China. Royal Mail web site keeps stating company have notified them of dispatch but RM still waiting for receipt of item. I paid for express delivery which is another part of their dodgy service. I’ve tried cancelling the order and started a dispute with PayPal. However, fraudulent company insist its dispatched and they will only accept a return if I pay shipping again. My PayPal is linked to my American Express card who were great in helping me with another Chinese company who falsely advertised as being in the UK and sold fake goods. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole !!!!

Another crappy Chinese company.

Another crappy Chinese company.

I knew what I was getting myself into so I can't blame them completely but I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my order to arrive.

I received a Royal Mail tracking number 10 days ago which says the following:

"Sender despatching item. This item is on its way to Royal Mail. The sender has advised they've despatched your item to us"

No updates for almost 2 weeks now

I'm sure the products are fine but just beware that your items are coming for China and the service is pi$$ poor

Extremely bad experience. The worst possible company ever.

Absolutely Despicable

It's been more than 6 weeks since I placed my order (EWEUESB300003264) and they haven't even bothered to ship it yet...

UPDATE: After 2 months of useless waiting and having placed a complaint through paypal, I was given a refund with no explanation as to why they never sent the damn product. I am extremely pissed.

A complete disaster of a company. An utter waste of time.

I have lost £240 through this company

I have just received an email from the company telling me that the courier has declared my tablet lost and I am eligible for £10 compensation. I paid £250 for a tablet I never received and I am being given £10 back. So if you want to pay £240 for nothing - this is the company for you.

Previous review:
I ordered a tablet over two months ago and it still hasn't arrived. When I send emails to customer services I get set replies which do not answer my questions. It is now two weeks since I sent my last email and I haven't received a reply to it.
I was willing to accept a longer delivery time because of the price - but two months and no sign of it ever arriving is too much. I have asked for my money back, but haven't heard anything from them.
Truly Awful.

Scammers and Thieves

Please be aware that this is a scam website and definitely not based in the UK. Fake tracking details are provided, no items will be received. If you do fall for their scams then please, use PayPal and open up a case as soon as possible. Don't believe the fake positive reviews that have been left by this 'company'.

How things went with this company..

Hi Everyone,

When I bought my watch I thought I was buying from a UK company so when I found out it was coming from Hong Kong I wasn't happy as if I had any issues then I could get it sorted far easier than buying from overseas so I have only given this company 3 stars for not being honest and upfront and plain to see where they are selling from..As you can see below the route and how long it took to come..

Just have some patience👍

Ok Ultra Online UK, I felt a bit mislead as not a UK retail site but just a bit of patience and my DJI Mini 2 is now sat on my table, packaging was excellent, loads of bubble wrap.
I ordered on the 23rd of April. Updates were good then just waiting, then a flurry of updates, informing that DPD was delivering in 1 hour, very happy, thankyou Ultraonline👍👍

Slow, but not a scam

I'm 20 and impatient with money, so I decided to order a new Xbox series x from Ultra Online. I was confident at first as their name has 'UK'in the title and assumed it was a UK based business, but it wasn't until after I placed my order I realised is was actually based in Hong Kong. Once I noticed this, I started to get a little bit nervous. I placed my order and got an email telling me it was being processed and that it would take 2-3 business days to complete this "processing stage". 3 days later, I finally got a second email saying its finished processing and had been packed up and is waiting for a courier. Again, this told me it would be another 2-3 business days, I got this email on a Friday, so I knew I'd be waiting extra time as, obviously, the weekends are not business days, however, on the following Sunday I got a third email to let me know it had been picked up by a courier and has left the warehouse, I was quite pleased with this and apparently Hong Kong doesn't have business days lol. Once again, was asked to wait 2-3 days to receive shipping/tracking information. Then 2 days later, I received an email from UPS, with an tracking number and at this point, I was stress free as I trust UPS much more than this company as they were not very communicative at all. I'm writing this on the day I got the UPS email, so I haven't accidentally got my order yet, however its being delivered in 2 days time.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this site as you will be waiting at least 2 weeks and you'll be left in the dark as they do not communicate with you at all. I did send them an extra email asking about they're cancellation policy as I was overthinking at lot, and they clearly didn't read it as my response was an obvious automated email telling me the order is still being processed.
So only ever order from these people if its your only option.

Not completely scam, but..

If you buy from UltraOnline UK, you can do so, and save some money, but.. you must be aware about a few things. They will deliver your product, at some point.. that is not their scam. Their scam lies in their order cancellation, return and shipping policies. This means you will most likely not be able to cancel your order and get a refund, and you cannot return your product within their 30 day policy, as they often don’t deliver within this time frame, and their delivery policy 6-7 business days, is not true. But, you will get your product at some point, and you will have saved a bit of money. The cost is you carry the risk, of not being able to have your consumer rights of the purchase enforced.

Also be aware. UltraOnline UK is not the actual company, Geras Ltd is. There is one in London, and another in HK China. Also, UltraOnline UK, is not the only website/e-commerce site connected to this company in UK. They do ship products from both their Geras Ltd in UK and in HK China. Some products are shipped from UK - mine was.

My story with UltraOnline:
April 18: Buy AppleWatch to a lower price than other places, was happy and unaware that this was not a trusting site. Expected to have the watch in max a week, according to their own delivery terms.

April 19: receives order confirmation and was told it was being packed and soon shipped out from their warehouse. This email got my attention, as it was not written in proper English, so I got concerned and went to trust pilot and saw these reviews - now really alarmed and feeling stupid.

April 20: got email that the watch had left their warehouse (UK) and was now with P2P (UK), for them to deliver to Royal Mail. According to tracking link provided, Royal Mail was also notified a parcel was dispatched to them. The email said, that it took time for the tracking link to be updated, so I waited..

April 27: No update on the tracking link. This was a parcel shipped from warehouse in London, which needed to get to Leeds. It said it was with P2P still, so I found them on trust pilot - they have really bad ratings, so I got a new worry, but contacted them and asked how long it could take to deliver the parcel to Royal Mail. They got back.. they had not received the watch from UltraOnline UK… the previous emails was a lie. I sent UltraOnline an email, the same did P2P, and I asked to cancel the order if they did not give me a delivery time.

April 27-28: They got back in email saying that their warehouse was affected by Corona, but it would be shipped soon, would not give me a delivery time, and said I couldn’t cancel my order, as their policy and email stated that this could not happen after the item had left their warehouse - but it hadn’t!!! That was a lie. They just confirmed that in the same email. Over these two days I went back and forth with them, letting them know I wanted what I paid for, an expected delivery time, or the money back. I didn’t get anywhere in this dialogue. Didn’t get a delivery time, and told they could not refund or cancel the order, despite their fraudulent email about a dispatch that didn’t happen. I was very worried at this point, and after reading these other reviews, that my money was gone, and I could wait for an eternity on getting my watch. So I did threaten to report them and take further legal actions, if they did not follow basic consumer rights in UK. Maybe my persistence helped, I don’t know.. but..

29 April: P2P now tells me they have it with them at their processing center, so the emails might have helped. I don’t know, but at least they now delivered the parcel from their warehouse in London to the P2P processing center in Basildon.

30 April: P2P delivers to Royal Mail 48 tracking.

1May: I get my Apple Watch. All in English, all working fine, all as it should be.

I will not save the money another time, and will never order from UltraOnline UK again. If the product was shipped from China, as so many others, I would still be waiting - and this was not clear on ordering. If I hadn’t pushed and pushed, how long would they have lied about sending my already paid for watch out of their warehouse in London? At the same time, if I wanted to cancel my order or deliver it back because of whatever reason, I’m sure that would have been impossible within their policies too. They will reply on their support mail, but it is all about telling you that you have no rights and can only do one thing, wait and trust an untrustworthy company and communication.

Was not a good customer experience, but I did get my watch to a lower price.

Lies, some more lies and a few more.

Ordered some eufy cameras, they were £30 cheaper then everywhere else, have paypal, didnt think too much of it, bought then in a rush in the middle of being busy.
3 weeks later, still not recieved, no idea where they are.
Wish I had researched more before committing to buy..... if they are not a UK product I will be fumeing, lesson learnt, just pay the extra money and buy from reputable companies, not these con artists. The company name "Ultra online UK" using the word "express" in the delivery type........

Decent enough customer service

Because I didn't look up reviews for this shop, I didn't know that UltraOnlineUK is actually not operating from the UK. I ordered a mechanical keyboard for 80 GBP instead of the 120 GBP - a nice discount, I thought. Then I found these reviews claiming very long delivery times and I started to worry. I contacted UltraOnlineUK several times requested a cancellation of my order. In my experience they will only respond Mon-Fri and each message back and forth takes about 24h (so don't expect a quick back and forth chat). 2 working days later and they confirmed they will cancel the order and issue a PayPal refund, which I indeed received a couple hours later.

It's not possible to give zero stars

It's not possible to give zero stars, but I wish I could. I ordered a camera that was in stock plus a lens for it that was in stock. 3 days later they told me that my order for the camera had been cancelled, no reason given but I notice that it is advertised at £60 higher. The lens is to be processed but what good is a lens without a camera. This company is shockingly bad. With behaviour like this it is untrustworthy. My best advice is to steer clear.

Misleading - very poor

I bought a Sony Camcorder they stated it was "In stock" which was great and the price was competitive, but surprising as every where else including Curry's was out of stock, but thereafter the problem started - it took around five weeks to deliver - it became evident that the product was IN STOCK IN CHINA! From there, it had to be shipped (around 5 weeks). The goods arrived eventually so I don't think this is a scam as others have said but the business model is misleading/appalling and should be viewed by trading standards. No legal liability is intended on my part with this review

I guess it’s hit and miss

I ordered a Nintendo Switch, and was concerned after they failed to take credit card payment. I ended up paying by PayPal, but got nervous so checked out the reviews. Panic set in and I tried to cancel the order, but too late. Resigning myself to a long wait and possibility of missing my daughters birthday in 2 weeks, I knew this could be problematic. But... IT ARRIVED 48HRS later by courier!!! Maybe I got lucky but I won’t buy again as I had no trust it would arrive in time and it was an entirely stressful experience.

Excellent service, don’t listen to poor reviews

Excellent service despite what’s been written on here by some. I ordered a £750 drone saving me £250 on UK prices. I ordered it last Sunday afternoon, had order acknowledgment on Sunday and a dispatch email with UPS tracking number on Monday. Drone delivered today by UPS, so 5 days from original order and from Hong Kong to the UK, amazing service. The drone is perfect. I would recommend this website entirely. Thanks for the great service Ultraonlineuk. 👍

Great prices! Fast delivery!

I never really write any reviews, but I felt like I needed to let people know about this company after reading all the bad reviews before ordering an iPad from them.

As with many others I found the company on Google, but I thought the prices are simply too good to be true! So after reading all the reviews I decided to go for it. I wasn’t in any rush for the item, so why not. I used my credit card and I paid using PayPal so I was sure I was doubly protected. I ordered the iPad on Sunday night (25/4/21). On Monday I received an email stating they received my order. On Tuesday I received an email to say it was dispatched and on Thursday morning (29/4/21) I got a message that the iPad will be delivered today with DPD. To my pleasant surprise, it came as promised!

So... I saved more than £150 RRP on the new iPad Air and had it delivered within few days, no problems whatsoever! I will definitely be buying from them again!

Good service and good price.

Ordered DJI OM4 for just over £100 on the 11/04/21. From Ultra online, I then read the reviews and thought I'd been scammed and lost my money and would never see the DJI. A lesson learned (should have read the reviews first).
So, I ordered one from PC world at nearly £40 more than Ultra online were charging.
I did receive updates from Ultra telling me this and that about its delivery every few days but again I just put it down to part of their scam.
3 days ago I got an email from Royal Mail advising me that my package was in the UK and would be delivered soon. Yesterday I was Informed it was at Royal Mail depot in the North East Midlands. Today it was deliveredbto me in Walsall, West Midlands.
I've seen a lot of negative feedback on Ultra's website but my experience has been 5*.
Good communication and yes I think possibly Hong Kong based but sent via Germany.
