Ordered dental item, nothing like the advertised product. Requested refund 9 times now, they have ignored all my emails and FB messages. BE VERY AWARE OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Good things come to those who wait longer than expected
Hi All, I thought I would add my observations as there is a very mixed bag of reviews out there.
I ordered a new Olympus Camera Lens on 10 April 2021, I paid by PayPal. I got a confirmation email a reference number once the payment had cleared which took a few days.
The Good
Price, I paid just short of £300, the Jessops online price here in the UK for the same lens is £499. Other retailers have lower prices but not close to what I paid. I paid for a new lens the typical price of a second-hand lens on eBay.
Condition - Arrived in Perfect Condition
Communications - All emails were answered within 48 hours.
Not so Good
Time - As many have said you have to adjust your expectations to gain a benefit to your wallet. It took 31 days from confirmation of payment to receive the lens.
The website was misleading, my lens clearly was not in stock as stated, it clearly was not sent in the time scales promised. To be fair this was admitted in email correspondence.
My Conclusion - It's not a scam site in my experience. If they were upfront and open about how they operate their business model they would generate more trust and attract more custom, especially from the Bargain Hunter like me with time available. It's clearly not for everyone, but it worked fine for me, eventually.
I ordered an Oculus Quest for my…
I ordered an Oculus Quest for my daughters birthday. I agree with other purchasers, it is not clear that you are ordering from Honk Kong and it is misleading when the website is called UltraonlineUK. After reading some of the reviews, I was beginning to worry. I ordered the item on 26.4.2021. I received an Email confirming my order and then a second Email confirming the item had been dispatched and a tracking No. On trying to track the parcel, DPD kept saying they had my order details but had not received my parcel. However, on the 6th May, I had an Email from DPD saying that my parcel would be delivered that day and as promised it arrived. Well packaged, brand new and a very happy daughter. Very happy with the service and would recommend.
Amazing savings, but buyers need a reality check!!
Here's a review from a genuine bonafide cider drinking Somerset resident. It is NOT a scam. It is just like AliExpress or other HK sites, and *this* is the trade-off for saving £200 on a new camera. A lot of John Lewis levels of expectations in these reviews. But what follows is my genuine experience.
The bottom-line is I WILL be using them again!
You just need to go in with your eyes open:
- their products may be HK/Asia imports
(This is why it's cheap, get manuals online)
- their products may be opened (but new)
(They put UK power adaptor in with my camera)
- they offer express shipping - I bought it
(You should too... My parcel arrived in just 9 days with DPD from other side of the world..)
- I got a tracking number but it didn't work
(They use an intermediary to keep shipping low)
- They don't always reply quickly to emails..
(English is not their first language, they must be incredibly busy, you are buying from HK)
(in my experience, they do reply to emails as I emailed to ask when the DPD tracking would start to work, and they replied to say my camera was arriving that day..)
- I paid with PayPal
(If you are worried, you should do so too).
- warranty concerns?
(I would buy quality products that are less likely to break, as this is the most significant risk you would face.). It's not impossible to send back for repair/refund, but it IS going to cost you.
Do not buy at huge discount, then wonder why you don't have high street service.
THIS is the trade off.
Honestly, it's not 'too good to be true', it's 'good enough for the price'... I am exceptionally happy with my purchase right now!
Ultimately, if you are going to save 1/3 or more on retail, (my camera was close to 50% of what John Lewis sells it for)...
So there are going to be a couple of rough edges to the service in comparison. However there were no rough edges to the product, and I can confirm the camera arrived immaculately presented, and incredibly well wrapped in 10 layers of bubble wrap.
If you are not familiar with buying from sites like AliExpress or wish you might be shocked at this kind of transaction. But for me, this was 3x faster delivery and much better communication than I have ever had from any other shop that far away.
Not a scam. But a shop thousands of miles away that will save you a packet IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH BUYING FROM THE FAR EAST.
For those scanning these reviews looking for a decision. 10 days ago I was you, and all I can say is that it worked for me and I will buy again.
I changed my mind on my purchase and…
I changed my mind on my purchase and sent them a message on the web chat got refund in 3 days no issue
Thanks
I saw variable reports but no issues here!
I saw variable reports on TrustPilot, but no issues at all here!
Sony headphones ordered end of April, tracking number supplied a week later, delivery attempt a week after that - so under two weeks from ordering to delivery, which I thought was decent, esp for 30% less than Amazon's price! Delivery was via Royal Mail too.
A pleasant experience, no complaints
There are a lot of negative reviews for Ultra Online and I can't help but think the people leaving them don't understand how grey imports work.
Prices are cheap because products are shipped from Hong Kong, where electronics are substantially cheaper than they are in the UK.
It took 13 days from ordering to delivery of a Samsung A52 5G. Bare in mind there is a global pandemic, so this is even more impressive in my opinion. There was no import tax to pay at delivery as the company already covered it.
Effectively, I saved £120 on a new phone (compared to the cheapest UK price I could find) and all I had to do was wait two weeks. I will definitely buy stuff from them again looking at the prices of some other products.
If you need a product tomorrow, get it from Amazon, if you don't mind waiting two weeks and saving nearly 1/3rd of the rrp, Ultra Online are definitely an option. Remember, you can always pay through PayPal if you are unsure
I ordered a Samsung A7 from…
I ordered a Samsung A7 from UltraonlineUK without realising it was based in Hong Kong (my mistake). But I quickly received emails confirming my order - and a further email to say my order had been despatched - with an advisory that details would follow in 48-72hrs. After 5 days as I had heard nothing further decided to look at some Reviews. Big mistake - I was horrified by some of the reviews on here, and fearing the worst fired off an email to Ultra asking for an immediate update. Within 24hrs I received a reply with a Tracking No with Hermes - but the package was "Awaiting Receipt " when I tracked the number. I was once again very sceptical and still more than a little worried I'd be contacting PayPal for help getting my order or a refund! But to my surprise, and relief, Hermes updated the delivery details within 24hrs and my tablet was delivered the next day -12 days from order to delivery. The tablet is exactly as ordered and very well packaged. I can only speak from my experience but I thankfully did not find any major problems with UltraonlineUK and the order I placed. That said had I had a problem, contacting the company other than by email, would I suspect have been challenging judging by some peoples experiences.
Ordered the watch I wanted and was 35%…
Ordered the watch I wanted and was 35% cheaper than UK pricing. I placed my order fully aware of the existing reviews, potential wait time for delivery and risk involved. I had to prompt them for updates on the delivery via the ticket system but always got timely responses. Order was delayed, item shown as in stock wasn't and had to be restocked. 5 weeks total time for delivery, product excellent and well packaged, with tracking all the way.
Worked for me
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A7 tablet at a great price from this company. It was only after I had ordered that I read some of the very negative reviews and discovered the company was based in Hong Kong. I was concerned but my concerns were unfounded. I was advised my package would arrive in 10 business days. I was able to track the package and sure enough on day 10 my package was delivered by Royal Mail. It was very well bubble wrapped and when opened it the tablet was100% new and undamaged in original packaging and even had an adapter enclosed to suit UK plugs.I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
Patience is key to save
I placed order for Galaxy Note 20 ultra as price was very luractive. But later got concerned with some reviews however as of now I got phone and I am extremely happy. I am sharing below my experience for others, as it would be helpful.
Day 1: placed order and got confirmation being processed.
Day 2: Sent Ultraonline email whether they accepted order and withdrawn funds from Paypal.
Day 3: email received confirming order was in progress and money was taken from Paypal.
Day 5: email received that order was being Packed.
Day 7: emil confirmation received courier picked up Parcel
DAY 10:email received with tracking number, but DPD always provided status "order received but waiting for parcel"
Day 16 & 17: I sent email to Ultraonline and was provided link with same tracking no. and result was alao same that Dpd had not yet received my Parcel.
On this day I provided a review on Trustpilot but stating I would update it once would receive the phone. ULTRAONLINE never discussed my earlier review at any time. This detailed review is updated one at my own will and initiative.
Day 18: got email from ultraonline and DPD my parcel is out for delivery (DPD received it in the evening of day 17 at in internation gateway and it was out for delivery on day 18).
I overall find Ultraonline was responsive, though preciaion was missing i.e. when Courier saying parcel not received. However I will buy again, as price is too good and I can wait 18 days for this price.
One bonus thing, Samsung provided a free case inside phone box, I never got such kind of perk with purchase of the UK model (first time I bought international model).
Thanks Ultraonline!
Not sure
Not sure never use company out of uk
And always use paypal to pay never use debit card to pay
It's a gamble.
It seems like people have had mixed experiences with this company but I decided to give them a shot anyway.
I ordered a mobile phone and some headphones almost 4 weeks ago now. I was given tracking info 15 days ago which informed me that the Royal Mail is currently waiting to receive the package from the seller.
No tracking info from the China to UK journey so no idea if anything has actually been dispatched.
I've contacted the company a handful of times but just get a cookie response that provides me with no useful or reassuring info. And of course they throw in the word 'Covid-19' for good measure.
Whilst not the scam some people are claiming it to be, these Chinese websites are intentionally designed to look and feel and like a UK based company. I'm sure less savvy computer users wouldn't know any better. I knew exactly what I was getting into but the service is shockingly more terrible than I had prepared myself for.
There's nothing worse than reading the reviews here of people that live in their own little bubble and seem to be annoyed about other people's bad experiences just because they had little to no issues with the company themselves. Well done. Your package arrived on time. Pat yourself on the back.
The prices are great but whether you want to risk waiting over a month for an expensive gadget is your choice. You might get lucky or you might find yourself in my position.
I'm going to allow 2 more weeks for the item to arrive and then I'll be requesting a refund. Failing that, I'll be opening a chargeback claim with my CC company.
Good prices but do your research first
Seems to be a lot of people screaming "SCAM" when reviewing this company. Definitely not the case, they're legit. But based in HK, which they're not exactly forthcoming about. However a quick bit of research reveals this and allows you to make an informed decision whether or not to purchase knowing you'll likely have a wait for your goods, as well as the other potential risks of ordering from an overseas company (customs, warranty etc).
I ordered a set of Fiio FH5 IEM's as the price (£79.99) was too good to pass up. As above did my research and was satisfied enough to order, though I did use PayPal just to be safe!
Placed my order 23rd April and they've arrived today, 11th May. They were well packed and arrived undamaged, sealed and brand new. Authenticated them via Fiio's website and they're genuine. Very happy with my purchase and saving of £120 on the UK price.
To summarise, yes you can save quite a bit but you need to decide on balance if that saving is worth the wait and potential hassle of dealing with an overseas based company if anything does go wrong. For a small item like this I was comfortable, but I'm not sure I'd buy something like a phone, tablet etc. I've had my share of problems with items from AliExpress, Gearbest etc and it can be incredibly frustrating. This purchase went smoothly, the next may not. Just go into it with your eyes open!
Their prices look great
Their prices look great - I've yet to use them and I am wary given the number of negative reviews. I have used e-infin.com in Dec 2019. They were superb with photos of the picked items sent and updates Ordered 19 Dec arrived 24th Dec all the way from Hong Kong just in time for Xmas. But although their prices are very good Ultra's are cheaper again.
100 percent will use again. Fast delivery..
Online reviews had me very worried about ordering an expensive Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra from Ultraonline.eu. The experience was not bad and i managed to save over three hundred euro from buying locally. Most surprising was that i got the phone delivered to Ireland from i don't know where in 1 and a half weeks! After reading about people waiting for over 4 weeks, i was delighted to get tracking information within 3 working days and phone delivered in around 8 working days total. Worryingly though, the box the phone came in looks previously opened, though contents inside look untouched after inspection. Hopefully I won't experience any problems with the handset after further use. But then again at this price, i would have only gotten a slightly scratched and used 2nd hand one locally. I think i will definitely try purchasing from this website again, although i think i will still be slightly more than anxious having seen others experience, you just never know. Paying with PayPal made me feel a little more protected.
This is unfortunately a typical scam
This is unfortunately a typical scam. I have ordered a phone from ultraonline uk on 18th of March 2021. After 3 days order appeared as dispatched and there was even Hermes tracking number, so I was rest assured. However, as already reported by others on the forum, after few days the tracking has stopped being updated. I was trying to explain to myself possible reasons like COVID-19/Easter etc. However, after a month of waiting I have started to wonder. Communication with ultraonline uk was meaningless (as already attached to other posts here) so I have skipped it. In general they were investigating the cause as they certainly still do… Nevertheless, buying through PayPal brings this extra layer of protection from the nuisances of the world, so I was happy to receive the result of my claim in my favour, today on 6/05/2021, with a full refund of the money paid. Best regards to PayPal for their flawless service and better luck to ultraonline uk next time, hopefully they would consider more legitimate source of income in the future.
Stick to the facts.....
Some of the reviews on here are clearly deliberately written to put buyers off.. I just don't get why some people are so unreasonable. Soo...
1. This Company IS located in China/Hong Kong. If you're not happy about that then move on.
2. Delivery will take some time. Mine took ALL of 8 days.... you want it quicker go somewhere else.
3. If you pay by Paypal or credit card why do you worry? - they'll sort it out if something goes wrong.
Allegedly there is a 30 day return period and two years warranty (on phones)_.. are they good for it? I don't know. But when did you last have a phone stop working...?
I do think Ultraonline are causing some of their own problems. They should be more upfront about where they are - although you have to be pretty thick not to realise.. and their tracking again does not help them. With my package they booked DPD UK on the day after I bought item... of course until DPD UK actually get the item then no updates.. which seems to cause some people to have a meltdown. My ticket showed no receipt of item for a week. But then updated and delivered the next day!
You pay your money and you take your choice... the number of people on here who say "I went with these guys because they were lots cheaper!!" and then expect a Rolls Royce Plus service!!
In conclusion...I bought a phone. It took 10 days total to get here. It was well packed. It works fine. I saved £200. I am happy.

This is a scammer website
This is a scammer website. I ordered worth £500 camera. It arrived and I checked it. The camera battery cover is faulty. I emailed them and they told me that they will not accept return as it is not warranty covered. I told them the warranty is not issue the issue is the item is dead upon arrival. They also told me to send photos of the condition of the packaging as they will chase DPD for broken item upon arrival. But the item was already broke n and use upon arrival. They are also accusing me of mishandling the camera thus its not covered with warranty. In other words they blame me and the courier to cover their evil or wrong doing. I further discovered that the item is use as the shutter count is 4871. This is not legitimate seller. They lie and cover up their evil ways to scam people. I should listen to the reviews here. I filed a claim in PayPal. Don't use this seller online. They are con and scammer.
Scam company
Scam company, beware!
I made my order on ultra online NL. The package appeared as sent. Shipping with DPD. Supposed to arrive at my house, never did.. then supposed to be picked up, but was not there... After months, I now realise this is a scam website! Please people, beware!
3 weeks from China but saved £500!
Do your research as this is NOT a UK company so don't expect fast delivery, that said I ordered a Surface Pro 7 i5 8gb 256gb for my daughters birthday for £653, a full £500 cheaper than anywhere I could get it in the UK and it arrived genuine and brand new in exactly 3 weeks so not too bad, the only thing was the tracking info is very VERY slow to show progress, DPD had the info for 7 days but didn't receive the item until the day before it was delivered to me with zero customs/import taxes needed to pay. You won't get the tracking info for the overseas part which would be nice so at least you could actually see its on its way to you but they do tell you when it's been shipped, it took 2 weeks to get from China to the UK.
The communication was preaty fast, I would get a reply from them within 18-24hrs.
In all, other than the delivery wait im very happy, but for a £500 saving over UK prices, I can't really complain.
If I need an expensive piece of tech in the future and Ultra Online have it the cheapest, I'd definitely buy from them again.
