If you are in a hurry then you can buy from UK stores, but buying here saved me over £200. It took 11 days for a new samsung phone to arrive, and you can do a lot of worrying in that time. I believe this is an honest company trying to make a living, but they have to rely on the the integrity of worldwide postal systems. Yes there is a risk involved, and some of these items still cost a lot of money which many can't afford to lose. So get covered by paypal or your Visa card and hopefully you will have nothing to worry about. The phone arrived in a sealed box as described, and is great value for money. Thankyou Ultraonlineuk.

Ordered a nest doorbell, took 4 weeks to arrive but product was in perfect condition and I made a serious saving. Don't think I'd like to have to return something if there was a problem though, if you dont mind taking a risk you'll make a decent saving

Ok so basically I bought an Apple Watch of this website. I though it would be from the uk hence the name but it is not it’s from Hong Kong but the Apple Watch was a really good price and it did take 3 weeks to come. When I had read the reviews I was getting scared but when it came it was an official Apple Watch and was not opened with charger and case so I think it depends on what you buy but I’m giving this 5 stars although the shipping took some time

Accepted my order, gave me a tracking number which didn’t work. Waited for a month for delivery when I paid for 2-3 day express.

Ended up claiming everything back through PayPal

Looking round for an iPhone 11 for a while & was considering the services of musicMagpie or the likes for a 2nd hand phone. Didn’t really want to fork out the £599 price tag for a new one. Came across ultraonlineuk.com & was a bit surprised with the prices. They were selling new ones for the price of a second hand one. Took the plunge & paid with PayPal so I would have some cover & so glad I did. Within a couple of days had my tracking number emailed & after a 2.5 week wait (did come from China) it was in my hands…. Saving me £140.. Awsome, so glad I found this site although I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews…. In my experience it’s a thumbs up from me…. Great service & a great price to boot

I saved £161 on the Apple UK price for a 64GB iPad air 4 and a massive £565 on the Amazon UK and WEX Photographic prices respectively for the Tamron 70-180mm f2.8 lens.

TIME LINE:

12 May, ordered items and received immediate email confirmation of order.

18th May, email to confirm items were being picked and packed at their warehouse.

20th May, email to confirm parcel collected by their courier. Followed by courier tracking number with DPD.

28th May, goods arrived by DPD courier.

External condition of package on arrival looked fine. After removing self-sealing plastic bag, an inch thick of bubble wrap protected the boxed items.

The retail boxing of both items look genuine. Although I made no detailed examination, there was nothing obvious (flimsy or poor printing) about the quality to cause suspicion.

The iPad box was still factory sealed. The Tamron box felt crisp, new and unopened. A UK adapter was supplied for the iPad.

Would I buy from Ulta Online again? Yes I would.

Do the products work? Yes - but no extensive tests done yet.

This lens was £245 cheaper than buying from e-infin.com (also Hong Kong based and have a great reputation and prices). I bought my Sony A7III and Tamron 28-75mm lens from e-infin.com - it arrived after just 5 day on Xmas eve 2019.

Was there no UK Tax or Duty to on delivery. And hopefully there will not be.

UK PURCHASERS NOTE: Money-saving expert website says:- A UK sourced credit card can protect your purchases. One of the main advantages to buying on a credit card is that anything you buy is protected by law if the retailer goes bust or supplies faulty goods. Credit card purchases of between £100 and £30,000 are protected under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. If you pay with a credit card BUT VIA PayPal you lose this protection.

Other discount websites to check out are:
Techinthebasket, tecobuy, panamoz, e-infin, onestop-digital, wowcamera, I think these all are Hong Kong based.

Do not order anything from them unless you are prepared to wait it says nothing on the website about the delay, delivery for a pair of Sony EarPods, over a month !

Just awful. Ordered CANON R6 and lens at great price-there was no notification the company was outside the UK (in HK). A week later with no info at all from the company I emailed them to ask for tracking details etc. They replied the next day saying; "We cannot change the address on your order so have cancelled." I didn't ask them to change the address! No refund yet, no camera, and no more response from them. Steer well clear

I completed an impulsive purchase of a Series X on the 22/05/2021 as Ultraonline were showing stock. A day later I checked for reviews as I had a touch of the seconds, and saw all the down voting...(bad service, HK, etc)

Well, my Series X arrived today (27/05/21) by UPS, all perfectly packed. I was kept informed throughout.

Bought an Apple watch at £30-40 less than most UK retailers so very competitive prices.

Panicked after buying when I read most of the reviews here but actually I did receive confirmations about the order and dispatching. No tracking or delivery info but it arrived 2 weeks after my order.

I don't think it's a problem waiting a bit longer for delivery if you are saving 10-20% on the retail price, the company just needs to be upfront about this. And the fact they are not UK-based despite the name. No problem, just be clear to customers.

Was worried after reading reviews but didn't need to be. You pay your money you take your choice. . .

I’ve emailed and sent an RMA ticket on their website and they ignore the emails!
The website says returns accepted in 30 Days but they don’t respond to any of my emails 😡😡😡

My Sony Earphones arrived this morning. 19 days from start to finish, which I think is very good when you think of saving over €100. The product well wrapped up and in excellent condition. I couldn't be happier. Tom

I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy a72 from Ultra Online and my experience was absolutely fine. I was aware it was based in China and that it would come with a European 2 pin charger.
I made my purchase on the 28th April and received an email confirming my order. Two weeks then passed and I received another email telling me my tracking number and that my item had been dispatched.
The tracking number took me to a Fedex page which showed what time my package departed. The journey updated every couple of days until the Royal Mail confirmed my package would arrive on a particular day and time slot for delivery.

I received my phone yesterday (19th May) well packaged with a plug adapter and saved myself £80 by having the patience to wait 3 weeks. The phone was a higher spec than the UK version as it had 8gb ram and 256gb storage compared to 6gb ram and 128gb storage sold over here. I'm very happy with my purchase and would consider using them again in the future.

Also make sure you check your junk email folder if you decide to go ahead and purchase as all mine ended up there.

The order took a total of 3 weeks from purchase to delivery. This is a legitimate website.

Ultraonline UK ?? Its Hong Kong based company and delivery is what you could expect.
Product well packed and delivered within 11 days of purchase at exceptionally good price.

I have ordered Galaxy Tab S6 Lite and after that saw all the bad reviews about this company. At first I pannicked, but then I thought that I am safe because I paid by paypal, so could get my money back in case the item doesn't arrive. I was waiting patiently and finally I have received the Tablet. It was safely wrapped in bubble foil and the box was also untouched with orriginal film on it, so it is definietely brand new item. IT'S NOT A SCAM! YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT. It took 10 days for my order to arrive and I am very happy with the product. Here are the updates I've received by tracking information:

Really bad experience order item over 3 months ago. Tried numerous time to contact company with no response

I ordered a Galaxy A52 5G on April 24th, I received it today May the 17th. They don't deliver in the prescribed time, but I received what I had ordered in the end. Their service lacks communication since one would expect an English website to ship from the UK and not from Hong Kong. If you'll be patient you'll probably get your goods, though to me it is not a good trade-off.

There a lot reviews about this company. When I did make my order I did take a chance after reading all the negative comments. I used PayPal to give me peace of mind. Some great points have been made. As said, with the service provided is a trade off for the saving made (£). I had to wait 18 days for my package from order date.
Boxed, brand new and I checked it out in apple store all good.
As said after I made my order, if they communicated better with delivery times and dpl tracking email. Which always said the package has not arrived.

They let themselves down in this department.

It’s not scam site but be prepared for waiting times.
