I would avoid this crowd like the plague. I bought a OnePlus 9t pro on the 14th of May 2021 and over a month later I still do not have the order.

Avoid at all costs if I could give a zero star I would goods watch faulty after only 3 weeks sent back for inspection that was 9 weeks ago sent to Netherlands at the cost of 20 € then they said it need to go to inspection center after weeks of me trying to locate my watch they have yet to say that have it AVOID These are SCAMMERS

Bought a razor. German Brown. After lots of mail from me it came out that the razor was in Hong Kong even if they said it was EU. After three week! I got the razor but had to pay 20 Euros extra because it was from Hong Kong! The handbook was in Chinese and the the connection didn´t work with my EU socket. Noting worked with this company and it wasn´t cheaper in the end.

I placed my order on 3rd Jun and it was delivered on 12th Jun. It's obviously not the next day service you come to expect with Amazon prime but for the great price I paid I don't mind waiting a little longer.
I was kept informed by email as my order was processed and dispatch.
From my experience Ultra Online have provided a good service and I will buy from them in the future.

I purchased a Sony 5II mobile phone and a pair of WF-1000XM3 wireless earphones.
It was a punt after looking at a divergent mix of reviews and the requirement to wait.
Whilst I had the option of saving a total of £400 the outlay of £600 was not insignificant; so I used my credit card and also paid for the insured shipping option (£15-20 pales in comparison to the saving made).
However, my bank did flag the transaction up as potentially fraudulent activity due to them being based in Hong Kong and I authorised the transaction (the bank still inactivated my card after the purchase went through though).
Timeline:
14 May Purchase
16 May Left the warehouse
20 May Dispatched (tracking number included)
27 May Evening parcel received by UK courier
28 May Noon Parcel delivered
I was slightly anxious due to the silence between dispatch and delivery; but as soon as the UK courier picked up the parcel, it was delivered within 18hrs of receipt.
Both items were well protected in a thick layer of bubble wrap and in pristine condition. The boxes were sealed in film. The packing appears genuine though instruction leaflets were primarily Chinese. The phone is unlocked and primarily English, a plug adaptor was supplied to enable use immediately.

Given the outlay, I recommend you use a Credit card (though others recommend PayPal as an alternative) use the insured shipping, be patient ([if you want speed spend a few hundred extra for that privilege] it reminded me of the good ole days with excitement building waiting) and also understand that as the products are non-EU, there is no warranty.
Regarding longevity and quality I have used the items for a few weeks and found them to be solid and reliable.
My scepticism has been dispelled and I would consider using this company again.

I bought oneplus phone and paid £455.99.
I got unsealed and opened box with defective phone. The screen was damaged inside. I was blamed it is my fault and no refund, no replacement. I paid by card so if you buy from this retailer pay with paypal.

Had wait for a mobile phone 2 months to be delivered and nothing . I had send them messages and got answers same all the time : we are sorry we be sorted in next days, after they said the supplyer has been late whit shipment ,all kind of excuses no wait for a refund.

Do not order!! This company is not uk, your item comes from Hong Kong, takes weeks, you cant get a refund once shipped and any return back to china are at your expense! Stupid mistake made by me as presumed the uk site would be uk based!

On my order, invoice and email state BLACK colour and they sent me WHITE and now they saying this is what I ordered.
Very disappointed after over 20 days waiting to get my order.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered from them, nothing arrived after weeks of waiting. When asked for a refund they refuse, saying they're investigating the problem. They now won't answer requests for my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered the xbox x series for my son as we couldn't find it for sale anywhere online I.e highstreet stores. So chuffed that we found one !!! In haste, I filled out form and paid via PayPal , My son was buzzing, a new xbox for his birthday. Then only when the order went through we realised the company wasn't uk based at all and was in Hong Kong (Kowloon), he started to worry when we read the mixed bag of reviews. I assured him all will be OK and that most things that we buy anywhere comes from China. Every day after school he would ask if I had heard anything. All I could do was reassure him that it won't be long now.........Then out of the blue after approx 3 weeks it arrived. Very well packaged and all accessories present. I am so impressed with this company I will certainly be using them again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to everyone, in my experience very professional, prompt and courteous.

I ordered an XBox Series X from these guys on Friday 28th May, it arrived on Thursday 3rd June. I was kept up to date all through the process. Excellent purchase. Thanks Ultraonlineuk

Received my tamron 18-400 today well packed and very quick delivery

I just got my second macbook through these guys, this time delivery only took just under 10 days. Really impressed this time round. Brand new macbook air for less than the price of a used one from ebay! Will use them again in future for all my electronics

You're buying in China or HK and it's not clear whether and when you get what you pay for. Excuses, evasive or unclear answers: deliver vs shipment

I've asked PayPal to refund but it arrived 4 weeks after ordering.

Oh, had I just paid 8€ more at Amazon...

Well boy did i get worried. After ordering a Samsung A12/128GB on E/bay when the conformation email came it became clear it was coming from Kong Kong. and could take some time. If i had known this i would not have bothered. I then looked at all the reviews quite a mixed bunch and to make it worse i had payed with a credit card. They said it would be dispatched in 3/7 days and i would get a tracking number it was over a week when i did get that number and i tracked it and got sod all. I had emailed a couple of times not much help but then out of the blue came an email from Royal mail with a tracking no. telling me it was in Manchester and they would let me know when it would be delivered. It came the next day with the post man. As others have said it was very well packed in an unopened box with all the Samsung seals intact. Ordered on 13th May came on 2nd June Was i worried ( Yes ) Did i get what i wanted ( Yes ) and saved it a fortune .

I think when online sales go well things turn out great but when things don’t go well customer services are most definitely not great, my recent order didn’t arrive and after many emails I referred my issue with PayPal who within 10 days issued me with a full refund. The reason I reffed it to PayPal is they stated the issue could take months to resolve??

Ordered a new iPad cover and screen protector on the 19/5/21 the items delivered 1/6/21, perfectly wrapped brand new still in original packaging. Can not fault the service, placed the order through PayPal using my CC and paid for the extra insurance, I need not have worried, despite all the negative reviews I ordered m owing it was coming from Hong Kong and so was expecting at least 14 days delivery, but came inside 2 weeks, do you home work, remember it’s a Chinese company, use pay pal ana you will be ok

So I ordered a Nikon lens. Unfortunately it was during a Chinese holiday. I sent an email about my order and I received a prompt reply which said my order was sent on the 25.5.21, which arrived in the UK on the 28.5.21. Order arrived today 2nd June. ~So two weeks one day. That includes one ~UK bank holiday.
Now, about my order, I have not ever received such a well packed order. The lens box was not crushed or damaged, it was wrapped in deep bubble wrap with a snug well fitting outer bag. One word Awesome! (just don't order on a bank holiday). btw, their website did say their orders will be delayed due to their bank holiday period, but I was too busy ordering the lens.
So a two week wait in exchange for saving £140+.
