Ordered dental item, nothing like the advertised product. Requested refund 9 times now, they have ignored all my emails and FB messages. BE VERY AWARE OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Thank God , my transaction was done through Paypal ….
After many exchanges with that company ( operating also under the name of Ultraonline) , reassuring me that the delay was due to the logistics, then the Customs , then that the order was lost ….- I decided to contact PayPal , which very quickly realised that the whole thing was a scam .

Just run away !

Ordered a bedside cabinet after seeing their advert on Facebook. It never arrived.
Managed to get a refund from Paypal but not the £7 p&p cost.

Future customers please be aware. This company is fraudulent. Ordered a coffee machine December last year. The order never arrived and no reply to emails. Haven’t heard from them and lost £30. Order from them at your own risk or do yourself a massive favour and order from Amazon.

I wasn't sure about the company so I came on here and read some negative and positive reviews. But since the price was so much cheaper than UK stores I decided to buy but took precautions by using PAYPAL Pay in 3 installments to be safe. I ordered a Samsung A31 in April 2021, got a sales receipt immediately, however my order wasn't shipped immediately which scared me so I contacted them and got a reply. Long story short, my order was shipped 11 days later with tracking details emailed to me and arrived after a few days. So all in all about 3 weeks or less.

I just checked the website now and found that they've closed down... not sure why though. Its unfortunate a store like this couldn't do more to build customer confidence. Maybe I was fortunate and didn't get scammed because I used PayPal.

Always remember - when in doubt use PayPal!

January - They bought a Royal Mail label with tracking number. A simple little deception - they didn't post the goods! Nor replied to emails, phone.
A neat little fraud.
Just got my money back from my credit card bank.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy A21s last April. Whilst it took 3 weeks to arrive, I have had no issues with the phone. Came with an adapter for the plug too.

Don’t buy off these people they take your money and run with it they don’t reply to your emails they are just thieves. I bought off these thieves in January I have sent them over 40 emails I had one reply saying they would look into it and now nothing. They are nothing but dirty thieving scumbags. I had to give one star to review but I give - 10 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

Bought a Samsung tablet from this company back in early March 2021. Was half the price of UK retailers so took a punt on them... it arrived within a month from Hong Kong. Perfectly wrapped, fully legit only difference was 2 prong charger, but it came with an adapter for uk mains.
Went to buy a new tablet for another family upgrade in Jan 2022 and website is no longer functional. Really sad to see that.

They are Ultrabuy now apparently in the Uk & if you look up Ultrabuy they are up to the same tricks.
Stealing money.
A few people have listed the owners name & address.
They are running this scam in the same fashion as the previous names they’ve had.
Why are companies like Klarna on board with them ?
They have robbed so much money now.
The police are bound to arrest these criminals soon & confiscate all the stolen goods they’ve bought with our money.

Was finally promised a refund in August 2021 (7 months after I placed my order) its now December and still no refund....do not buy from this site its an absolute scam...😡

I bought a lens and it took weeks longer than what they assured me (I asked by email the estimated real delivery time, considerating covid).
Than I received it with a default. I tried to reach for them again and again and never could obtain anything. I strongly advise not to do business with them.

Don't buy here. It's a SCAM !!!

Scammers. AVOID AVOID not a UK company. Bought a tablet for my daughters birthday, when I finally realised that the company was not in the UK and the tablet would arrive after the birthday, I asked to cancel my order. Because they had already sent it out, they told me to refuse delivery when the item arrived and the courier would send it back. They confirmed that they had seen that the item was on its way back and that they would process refund once they received it. It'd been 4 months and yet to recieve my 227 pounds.

If I could put 0 starts I would. Dodgy seller. The item stopped working and still under the warranty. After 2 weeks of exchanging proofs that the item doesn’t work, been offered to send the item back for a £32 fee. What a joke.

I ordered a PlayStation 5 in March of this year before checking out the reviews on the company. Firstly the company is NOT based in the UK and is situated in China. My heart sunk and I was absolutely terrified once I had read the reviews. It took 2 weeks for delivery and to date the PlayStation is perfect with no issues what so ever. I do fully agree that the company is misleading and honestly I don’t disbelieve the reviews but I can only speak for my experience after having the product for a good couple of months. Great price though was worth the risk once received but was a terrible wait expecting the worst.

I received the battery I purchased, worked for a couple of weeks and now won’t charge. Raised it with ultraonlineuk and they replied with
“ Unfortunately, our record shows that your product's 0 month warranty has already expired. Therefore, we are sorry to inform you that no warranty repair services can be provided.”
Just run by crooks by the looks of it and the website has now closed so they can start another dodgy website to rob more people

Should have googled this company before purchasing. Bought and paid for my product 4 days ago didn’t receive email confirmation or any delivery updates so today I opened a case with PayPal and within 2 minutes they reviewed in my favour and refunded my money obviously this company is known to PayPal as PayPal never refund that quick. Avoid at all costs always googled for reviews before buying!

Beware of these guys! they are professional scammers they are very conning and convincing and they will stop at nothing till all your money becomes theirs. I should have stopped when I sensed the first red flag! However I am glad It all turned to Joy and good news after reporting them to bernardatchely at ‘g m a i I’ I made my complain to him and he helped me get my money back.
