Ordered iPad 8 it did take 4 weeks to arrive but bearing in mind it was from China and in a covid time that's pretty good. Product all works fine up to now. So very happy with the service many thanks🙂

Concerned by negative reviews, started chasing within a couple of days of delivery date. Always received responses, probably automated.
However received JBL link portable speaker about a week later than advertised. Pleased with product & delighted to have saved about £40

Hi there I order a new mobile from this company at a hugely reduced price. I then read the reviews which set alarms bells ringing. But I accept I had to wait 15 days but the phone is good, spot on in fact. So I can only say yes I had to wait 15 days which should be be better publicized, but to wait 15 days to save £130 its up to you!!

As recently as a month ago I bought a top end tablet slab from them and though it took over three weeks to arrive, I cannot fault them on delivery, packaging, tracking and ultimately, the price point!! Then again, I used a similar site three years ago to buy a high end android phone of the stylus variety and it was the same process. 2-3 weeks for delivery and you get a reasonably affordable item.

I couldn't be happier with my android tablet and if I was to purchase it in the UK today, it would set me back a significant amount more than Ultra Online UK cost.

Absolute scammers, I bought an Ipad, waited 2 weeks, emailed them and they told me to wait it was held up, another 2 weeks still no Ipad, they told me they were investigating it, another 2 weeks I requested a refund. Their reply was it was lost in transit aned I could receive £10 in compensation. I'm contacting my card company and Trading Standards

over a month now waiting for a Nokia 8.3! Ultraonline gives polite but useless follow up mails all in the context of procrastination and blaming the courier. It remains unknown who is this courier and so if there has really been a courier. It gave tracking till Luxemburg but getting out of the customs there it is only delay for 2 weeks now (3 hours drive from destination!!). It makes me sick and hopeless.

When I found this store, I was surprised by the prices that were there. And I was hesitant to buy because I saw the reviews and I was quite scared but I have to say that I risked it and it paid off. Although I waited for delivery for about a month, it arrived at my house without CLA and VAT and everything is new and unused and I am very happy and I will continue to do business with this company. As others found. Ordered a phone stated as "in stock". A week later I emailed them & " it'll be sent next few days", still no dispatch, so another email which resulted in the cancelling the order. Complete time wasters. Not even worth one star. Off I go to buy from a reputable shop wondering why I ever bothered with Ultraonline & certain I never would again.

Didnt have a problem but I think I got lucky!

Ordered a new Asus Zenphone 8 around 22/6/21 (ish). Didnt get an actual receipt email of when the order was placed (like you would get from any other reputable retailer) but they did send another email a few days later on the 26th saying they were processing the order.

Nothing until the 6/7/21 when an email arrived saying they were getting it ready. Must admit, I'd read these reviews by then and was getting nervous..

Next email arrived on 7/7/21 saying they had dispatched it along with a DPD tracking number. The link didn't actually track it until the day it arrived (!!) (DPD's fault?) which ended up being 20/7/21 - almost a month after initially ordering the phone.

I emailed them on the 18th to ask where it was and just got a standard reply saying it had left their warehouse and it was on its way. Not much help considering the DPD link said they hadn't received it yet. Cant blame UltraOnline for that, that's DPD being crap.

I did save quite a bit on the cost of a new phone, but given the wait and the 50/50 chance that you wont receive anything - I would definitely avoid in future!

Awful service. Ordered some ear buds about 5 weeks ago. Waited ages for delivery. So decided to email to check where the item was. I received a speedy reply stating there was a delay and they were sorry. Thats fine, so I wait. A week later. I then get an email stating they have refunded me. Such poor service. Buy elsewhere, not reliable at all.

Purchased a phone that was supposed to be sent out within 3 days, wow!!! ordered 22/6 after many many lies from them about they were getting stock etc they finally advised they can't get the item I wanted 20/7 and they are sending a refund back.

This person does not hold any stock - the processing time is for them to buy in the goods - avoid at all costs they are utter crap.

I even asked them many questions about the phone and import duty etc prior to purchase so they could have advised then they were "out of stock"

Buy elsewhere.

Hopeless, waiting a month or so, kept saying would be in stock soon and then in the end said cannot say when it will be delivered so refunded money. Waste of my time.

This is a scam organisation which manipulates courier and customs delivery information to give the impression that they are shipping actual products. My suspicion is that the reviews here are all fake. Do not buy from them. I ordered a light meter in February and it still had not arrived by July. The package supposedly got stuck in customs but there is no telling what the package stuck in customs is - probably a matchbox labelled as being radioactive. Avoid at all costs.

Buffmall.. very much a scam.. I ordered a paddle board , tracked the parcel, all ok until a toy the size of my thumb was posted through the letter box… very much not as described.. the contact number for them is a recorded message and I have no reply from the several emails I have sent… avoid avoid avoid…!!!

i ordered a52 5g on 25 june ,on 7 july emailed whats happening with my order . 3 days later we processing order. on 15 july emailed if you cant process refund me. because i paid by paypal. they said we will refund .wait to see.please why take the tension avoid avoid. why sell when you havent got.

Orders a laptop and waited 2 weeks. I received an email saying that it had been dispatched but when I check it was never sent out. Really disapointing. I contacted UltraOnline and they did give me a full refund.

BE WARNED I purchased a dji mini 2 drone 30th June 21 ot took till 13th July 2021 to arrive. I went on to the DJI site to purchase the care refresh plan after a lesson learnt on my previous drone when I crashed but hadn't taken the cover it was deemed unrepairable. So I typed in the serial number to be told by dji the product had already been activated. I contacted dji who were great the told me the item had intact been activated 5 days before I even purchased it! Luckily they allowed me to purchase the cover from today

I ordered Canon 24-70 F2.8 lens from these guys. For 10 days nothing happened and the status of order did not change, I sent them an email and got response in 3 days that my order is still in progress. Finally after 15-16 days It was changed to SHIPPED and few days later I received the lens. All new as described and cannot blame the service other than slow, but considering that you save a lot of money it is worth waiting.

Not a scam! Ordered Dyson Correl hair straightners as a birthday present. Saved £200. Ordered 3rd July 2021 arrived 13th July 2021. Tracking details a bit sketchy but very pleased with the results. Received a delivery slot 1 hour before arrival. Definitely will use Ultra again. Was unsure after reading reviews but good have arrived after 10 days and I saved £200. Result.

I ordered a phone more than 4 weeks ago, payment was done ( + high bank commision coz they are not based in Europe)...The phone was never delivered. No support at all from customer service, impossible to call anyone to sort out the issue. This website is a scam I tell you. They should be blacklisted from Google
