Misleading “diagnosis”, fast replacement pitch, high fee — avoid
I booked this company for a boiler issue.
The technician came hours later than agreed, spent less than 10 minutes looking at the boiler, did not test pressure or perform diagnostics, and immediately told me I needed a full replacement (€3300).
Afterwards I discovered the issue was simply low system pressure, which I fixed myself — the boiler works fine.
I was charged €272 for this “diagnosis” with no written report and no follow-up, even though the fault they described does not exist.
After reading other reviews, my experience matches a pattern:
late arrival, scare tactic advice, expensive quote, no service afterwards.
This is not a real company, they are scammer.
