Ordered dental item, nothing like the advertised product. Requested refund 9 times now, they have ignored all my emails and FB messages. BE VERY AWARE OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Worth the Wait
I feel like I need to write something because some of these reviews are not reflective of my experience with this company. My new phone arrived from them today, wrapped securely in a lot of protective bubble wrap. Everything is in perfect working order. I ordered on 29th May, which was a bank holiday weekend, so this would obviously add a little bit of a delay, plus covid etc. It arrived on 24th June, all in all just over 3 weeks but I saved over £250. I'm willing to wait a little bit for a saving like that. The only thing this company could do is communicate better because I was checking the tracking number every day to no avail until last night when it updated saying DPD had it. I would definitely order from them again. So if you're willing to wait a little bit you'll be fine. Thanks 🙂

I recently cancelled my ordered with them and received a polite email back :) and also received my money back within 24 hours when they said 3-5 days! I’m very happy with them :) I don’t know why everyone says otherwise ??? I’ll definitely be ordering soon again :D
Do not trust!
Happy customer
First time using this site wasn't sure about it after reading some reviews but couldn't fault it email communication was good item was well packed and I saved about 160.00 it took just 2 and half weeks so if you need something ASAP this is not the site for you but if you can wait well worth the money you save

My mom gave me 1400 dollars for my 18th birthday, so I can get myself my dream camera. I found this webside ultra online because I’m stupid and never do my researches, bought the Sony a6600 and boom, I find a few reviews and now I’m crippling into a deep black void of death. I just wanna know if I will get my order at some point or I will get my money back... Someone, please answer thiS!

Ordered a headphone 250€ i waiting almost 2 months no answer for my emails. It's ridiculous
Do not trust
Ordered a £500 camera. Money has been taken but have heard nothing since. This was 2 weeks ago. Have sent 3 emails to the customer service email they provide with no response.
Great Price and timely delivery
I purchased an Apple Watch from this company and saved £90 compared to UK retailers. The watch arrived in 11 days which was a bit sooner than I was expecting because I knew the product was being delivered from Hong Kong and I expected it to take 2 to 4 weeks. If you don’t know that products are being sent from Hong Kong you may be disappointed and concerned. Buyers should do a little research before buying from an unknown internet seller to avoid surprises. That’s why Trustpilot is such a valuable resource.
BEWARE IT IS A CHINESE COMPANY NOT UK
BEWARE IT IS A CHINESE COMPANY PASSING OFF AS UK AND OTHER COUNTRY SPECIFIC. IT FLAGGED UP AS FRAUD ON MY CREDIT CARD.
For your own sake if you have sent for anything from this company cancel it straight away because you might get tangled up in fraud.
This company tries to scam you. They advertise products as in stock and evidently aren't. I messaged them and was getting no response. Evidently I was too persistent because next thing I noticed was a refund to my PayPal account. At least I got my money back but it's only because I was a thorn in their side. I didn't get what I purchased. Their parent company comes up as Glamstar... Well it did on mine!
It appears like this company is committing fraud. My credit card company flagged this up for investigation and cancelled it replacing my card.
They have registered a number of web addresses passing themselves off as the country of origin.

Avoid, I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago and no update on when it will arrive
I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago. They immediately sent an order pending confirmation, but since then i have never received any update and no phone. I wrote to them 2 days ago and haven't received a reply yet. If you want piece of mind i wouldn't recommend them at all. I will wait a little longer for a response but it seems dodgy to me
Ordered Quest 2 on 9th
Ordered Quest 2 on 9th, arrived today on 18th. Full tracking from HK via FedEx cross boarder to UK and royal mail 48hour within the UK. Original item. Boxed beautifully.
Order with PayPal for peace of mind, that way you can claim money back if it doesn't arrive. No border charges and I went uninsured to save on delivery costs.
Hope it helps!
Please avoid not who they say they are…
Please avoid not who they say they are not based in the UK based in Hong Kong absolutely no confirmation emails had to get people involved to issue a refund like the good old saying if it seems too cheap to be true Then it probably is in his case it certainly is they don’t have stock it’s just the way of them having your money and if it wasn’t for PayPal this wouldn’t be an easy process avoid fraudulent seller
Company is a complete scam.
Company is a complete scam.
Don't touch them with a barge pole.
Based in Hong Kong, misleading web site fails to mention items are literally shipped to UK expect lousy customer service.
If items ever come they'll take weeks.
Billing is from glamstar cosmetics??
Says it all. Go elsewhere!
A month later, no phone
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy phone a month ago and I'm still waiting. After two weeks, the company sent me a tracking link for the package, but the tracking link still says that the shipping company has not received the package yet.
Everything you need to know about UltraOnline
If there's one review that you should read, it's this one. I'll try to explain every bit of information I was able to gather, as well as my personal experience with the company. Please read till the end.
1. What is UltraOnline
UltraOnline, previously operating under the name eGlobalCentral, is a Hong-Kong based company that tries to sell products to the western market at much lower prices through grey imports.
2. How do they operate
When you buy an item on the website, even if it says it's in stock: it's not. They are in direct contact with businesses and warehouses around Hong-Kong (Shenzen, etc) and they will order the item for you. The time it takes for this step varies greatly, depending on availability.
here's (roughly) what happens when you place an order (waiting time between steps is indicated):
- Order placed
...1 day to ~2 weeks max...
- Order in preparation/packing
...1-2 days...
- Order sent
...a few days to weeks (sometimes but rarely, months)...
3. Is it legit? and legal?
Legit: The item received are legit. Because they are from Hong-Kong, it's most likely not going to be the EU version but they provide an adapter when needed. For phones and items with GSM connectivity however it can be a problem since the non-EU versions are not fully compatible with our network (= you're not going to be able to use 4G-5G in some cases).
Legal: NO. UltraOnline IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. In order to make a profit and be able to give their customers such low prices they declare their items with insanely low values to the customs to avoid paying VAT. If the package gets caught by the customs, they could keep the item and destroy it/send it back, or still send it to you BUT they will make you pay for the VAT and sometimes will fine you aswell. UltraOnline will refund you the amount if you tell them because it's just a matter of numbers: If 10 packages go through and 1 gets caught, they can pay the VAT/fine and still make a profit while making it seem legit to their customer. If your package has been sent but you haven't received it after months, it's not that UltraOnline didn't send it, chances are it just got caught by the customs (they don't always contact you).
As mentioned earlier, UltraOnline previously operated under the name eGlobalCentral. Around January lots of packages were intercepted by customs in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. As their name was being associated with fraud and they were banned from some of the shipping companies, eGlobalCentral started their transition to UltraOnline around December and fully transitioned around February. This is easy to verify by checking the site creation date and the first reviews (no customer service, no goods shipped, refund immediately for no reason).
4. Should I buy on their website?
Pros:
- They will ship the goods (as long as the company is active)
- It is much cheaper
Cons
- They are committing fraud, and technically you are too
- You will likely have to wait a (very) long time
- If the item is broken or doesn't arrive, you will have to wait even longer and may potentially lose money
5. Conclusion
I've bought items twice from this company. First from eGlobal a year ago and received the goods fast and in good condition, a second time a few weeks ago and they did not even send the item for weeks. I had to open a case through PayPal and got my money back. To me, the risks far outweigh the benefits. Even if you pay with PayPal, you may end up waiting weeks or months for nothing.
I've spent days playing detective in order to write this review, I hope this helps!
EDIT: for those wondering about the tracking, it's pointless to use the tracking number with your shipping company before the goods arrive in your country. All they know is they're going to receive the package. Some people have successfully tried to track their package directly in Hong-Kong using sites like parcelapp or YDH.
Really impressed
I purposely waited 4 months to leave this review.
I bought the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Note 256Gb+12GbRAM. The best of it's kind for 400EUR LESS than the market price.
I was very concerned before placing my order. The prices were so good but the reviews were untrustworthy. However, I received the phone in perfect condition, with the packaging completely untampered with since prepared by Samsung. I haven't had a single issue with the phone so far. In fact, it's the best experience I've had with a mobile phone in my life.
The phone took 1 month and a couple of days to arrive. I got worried when it reached 1 month, so I sent an email to the help team. They were responsive within a day or two, informing me that my package was due very soon, which it was. I am so incredibly happy with my experience with Ultra online.
People will argue that 1 month is too long. But I paid 850EUR for a phone worth 1,250EUR. How can you be arguing with a 1-month wait? I rest my case
AVOID. SCAM.
It's from hong hong, not uk.
They took you money and never send product. Luckily i got my money back from paypal.
Wonder why google and paypal work whit this kind of company.
Be careful..
As far as I know, the Mobile Pixels Inc customer service said that they did not authorize Ultraonlineuk to sell their Trio/Trio Max monitors, so be careful..
Scammers
Scammers! Be aware! Took payment, but don’t send my item, no communication! Lost my money! Should be banned!!!!!
I'm not phased by buying from Hong…
I'm not phased by buying from Hong Kong. I bought from e global central UK...a NOKIA 8 and an iPad 3 years ago (approx £600). My daughter bought a Moto phone too from them for £150. All arrived within days in perfect condition and performed faultlessly. I've just bought a Nokia 8.3 from ultra and I paid with a credit card. That gives me Section 75 credit card protection....it's as if you'd bought the item from the card company and all the terms of UK consumer law applies....just like you'd bought it from Argos etc! If it doesn't arrive then contact the credit card company's Section 75 dept for a full refund. Never pay by PayPal....their protection is much much less than that. Also NEVER pay for enhanced "signed for" rapid delivery as on line sellers have to PROVE that the item has been received by the customer with a signature. No proof...no transaction! Refund due. If my ultra order doesn't arrive within 7-14 days I'll cancel the transaction (UK consumer law allows the customer to cancel an online order at any time prior to delivery). Ultra ( and e global central too I think) say you cannot cancel once they say it's been shipped. That's bollicks. If I see a better offer while waiting for it I just might buy elsewhere and cancel the ultra order. Section 75 protection applies to any online order from any company anywhere in the world. The only slight unknown is any duties that may be payable on the international transaction such as import and VAT . If the delivery company (or delivery guy on the doorstep asking for a signature) ask for duty money from you ......you can decide you don't want the item and tell them..
..all within your UK law rights.
