Bought a Nintendo switch and it arrived with a foreign plug it can't be used in the UK. If you're looking to save a small amount of money don't use this company it has cost a lot more in the long run. You have to pay to return the item to Hong Kong and pay extra insurance to ensure it arrives safely. Fingers crossed they actually refund the money

It’s INCREDIBLE that people with English names are TOTALLY UNABLE to write their hugely positive reviews utilising correct spelling and basic grammar. It’s interesting that their exists virtually no middle ground for this Hong Kong based company in respect to their reviews. It’s either a total disgrace or a totally joyous experience. AND WHY DON’T THEY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER????
I’ve bought nothing from this company and only an idiot would chance their arm to save 10%. Seriously.

This company is a sham, please do not use. I was tied in by the thought that they are a UK company, a couple of good reviews and the fact they were on topcashback.

Instead of the ten days delivery time expected I waited over a month, apparently due to having to source the product, if its not in the warehouse then don't advertise it. After that month I received a package, great or so I thought, the box and instructions were there but no watch.

UltraOnline Hong-Kong have apparently raised a query with Hermes who have said there is no sign of package tampering and therefore there is nothing I can do. They haven't even acknowledged the fact that the their could be in their own whatehouse and not with Hermes the delivery company.

Don't be me, pay the extra and be sure you're covered through a more well known company running under UK law.

Effectively they are saying I have stolen the watch, great customer service guys.

I managed to get my money back from these cons artists. Was given a Parcel number that was never handed over for almost a month and next to no communication when trying to find out thankfully PayPal sorted it out.

I have been looking at a lot of the reviews and it's clear they are replicating top reviews over the negative ones (1 bad, 2 good). did some research and the site was only created a few months ago.

Dont fall for this.

All genuine.
I can recommend for those who can wait bit longer to safe a lot of money.

I purchased a Samsung s6 lite saving £50....arrived today after 2 weeks...tysm 😊😊😊

I made a purchase because of the slightly lower price.
Even after 3 weeks, I couldn't receive the goods
There was no delivery at all.

I couldn't write inquiries or reviews on the site.
I could get a refund by paypal.

I never want to use this site again.

I have ordered from this Ultra on line before and had a good experience the Samsung tab arrived in around 2 weeks and has worked fine. So decided to go again with Ultra, this time a Samsung galaxy note 20 Ultra. Placed the order on a weekend had confirmation the next day that it was on its way and thought yer that quick. However 5 days later it arrived on the Friday, so amazed how quickly delivery was and at a price that knocks the competition out the water. Will definitely recommend and be using them again soon 👍.

I purchased a few items on the 21st April. After not hearing them about the status of my delivery I was concern. I did try to contact them by FB and chat online but was unsuccessful. I noticed a few days later in my junk Mail I received an email stating that my goods were damaged and they will resending it again. By this time I thought it will be best and wait. After a week ordering my goods my delivery arrived. All packed securely and happy that I saved a lot of money. Thank you Ultrbuy

Buyers - beware. It's been a month since I placed my order with Ultra Online, and it still has not arrived.

I purchased a Garmin Forerunner Music watch. It was £50 cheaper on this website than anywhere else but I didn’t read the reviews until after I bought it. I was worried it was a scam company and emailed several times to try and cancel the order 12 hours after I ordered it. It hadn’t been dispatched but they never got back to me. However, they carried on with the order and did email to give me tracking number a few days after ordering. Ten days after ordering I received the watch carefully packaged and it’s perfect!! I had ten days of worrying that this was a scam company but the watch is genuine and I’m happy with it.

I ordered a phone late on April 15th,then read some bad reviews.The next few days were a little tense,got updates but still not convinced. During April 21nd evening, got an email confirming my parcel would be here on 22rd.Had a time slot between 1 and 2 o`clock. Lo and behold,my parcel arrived on time. I would say that was very good service,8 days Brilliant.

I ordered a Dyson air wrap over 3 weeks ago and I must say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I did not read the reviews but wished I took that extra time to look into it. Like other people I have been told I can’t cancel as it has been shipped. How can you return an item that they have not sent!!!!

They said the address was incorrect but after checking it was correct so just another time wasting tactic.

I did not get a tracking number and after another week I get a tracking number that is not for my parcel. I have tried again to get my money back but now I have not had a reply!

It is pointless dealing with them to save a little money and in future I will pay more for items just to get from a reputable supplier. Ultra online is clearly a company that won’t be trading much longer with such poor service.

Do not buy unless you like wasting lots of money. In a few days it will be a month!

I read some of the reviews here before making a purchase, so I kind of knew what to expect. I purchased a Samsung galaxy a52 5g 8gb ram/256gb off ultra online on the 4/4/21 Paid on my credit card just incase. The phone cost £339.99 this was a bargain seen has had just been released in the UK for £399.99 and that was for the 6gb ram/128. I paid and extra £10.20 for shipping insurance just incase
Got a purchase number etc. Now, for the 1st week of tracking the device it didn't seem to go anywhere. I emailed ultraonline and they got back to me within a couple of days advising it was in the process of been shipped. Then sure enough the status changed to shipped for a week then 19/4/21I got a fed ex link to say now in the UK/Royal mail tracking number. Then a day later/ was in a local dispatch office. 21/4/21 was delivered to my door by royal mail. Packaging was excellent with loads of bubble wrap. Box was excellent condition and sealed. The phone was the actual one I asked for. Charger is an international charger 2 prong, but they did supply me with a travel adapter which I thought was good. Works perfectly and linked to my old s9 to transfer all the data. All is good. I recommend using them if you are prepared to wait a couple of weeks or so. You will save alot of money. I'm guessing the 8gb ram version when out wil be in the £450 region. So saved £100 easily and will get money for my old phone. So its a win win in my eyes. I think I will use ultraonline again.

This company is a big Fraud

I have been waiting for my Parcel to arrive for 31 days exactly. The communication with them is awful.

I opened a dispute in PayPal to get my Money back.

Please don't buy any Item in this Company if you don't want to lose your Money

I, like most of you, ended up at UltraOnline.co.uk because of the low prices and UK domain. It was only after ordering my item (a Seiko watch) that I realised I was dealing with a company in Hong Kong.
At that point I started to get worried, ended up here with all the mixed reviews.
So! how did my transaction go, well, the communications were pretty good with an email confirming order, another saying item had been shipped and then tracking number from FedEx a few days later.
Then, 2 weeks later item arrived via Royal Mail 48hr tracked. Item delivered was genuine Seiko, no cheap Quartz ripoff. I saved a third on other prices on the internet so I consider I got a bargain.
Had I known I was not dealing with a uk company i might not have gone ahead with the transaction and apart from the waiting time (and associated worry about being ripped off) I am pleased I did.
Now I know this does not help those who believe they have been ripped off but I can only comment oh how I found the overall transaction, you must make your own minds up whether you consider buying from Ultra Online.
There are plenty of Chinese based companies that WILL rip you off though and if you cannot afford to take the risk, look elseware for your goods.

4 weeks on and still no product. Hermes have never received it. And UltraOnline"UK" refuse to refund. Now simply ignoring my requests. Have had to ask for credit card issuer to get involved. This is a criminal operation. Do not believe all the 5 star reviews - you can see from the similar style ("I saved $235.60 on buying the Xiaomea 3,2xtB device etc etc). Anyone studying these so called 5star reviews can see they are produced by bots with the sole purpose of burying the honest 1 star reviews posted by ripped off victims. Not once has the company addresses a poor review on here. Ultra Online Hong Kong is a scam. Avoid.

I was really worried about the bad reviews after I bought my Samsung watch which was really cheap I thought that I had been scammed but after 3 weeks my watch arrived perfect really pleased but if you are in a hurry to get your stuff maybe not the best option for you

Avoid mixture of scamming and scalping. These are the guys who are using bots to buy up hard to get items like the PS5 then sticking £200 on the price. Don’t even consider using them.
