Amazing service

Amazing service. Pep arrived within 20 minutes. Talked me through battery health and charged it up enough to get it started. Escorted me to a garage to have battery checked charged. Drove me home as had to leave my car there. Delighted with the service provided

Gene was amazing

Gene was amazing. He was very reassuring and helpful with detailing what the problem was and how to get it fixed as it wasn't possible to do it roadside. He went through the entire towing procedure and was very friendly. It also went along was that he was extremely apologetic for having to wait four hours due to it being a busy night and as a lone female this made me feel not only heard but also listened to. He's a top bloke and very good at his job. Thanks Gene 👍🏻

Amazing helpful service.

Great personal service…. pleasant efficient
and great technical expertise.
Further to that the whole experience felt that it had been designed to be helpful not just in getting the vehicle problem solved but also to assist the driver out of their difficulties caused by the breakdown……safety, onward journey and if possible tips on how to avoid further problems.

I had the unfortunate experience of a…

I had the unfortunate experience of a breakdown in the form of a flat tyre. The AA were absolutely brilliant by sending a patrol out in a timely manner and getting me back on the road in no time which subsequently saved the day, as my tea didn’t go in the bin!

The AA is the business, but Christian was the man.

Christian, and the AA were absolutely wonderful. Plenty of updates re arrival time, great guy who recognized immediately my wife was very ill inside our home, and just took over the whole process for us.
Identified the issue, applied a temporary fix to enable car to be driven to our local garage. I have been a member of the AA for 54 years.....and its still brilliante. Thank you again. Very kindest regards, Mr Ray Haynes.

I have been a member of the AA for 30+ years. On the few occasions I have had to use them I have always found them extremely helpful.

Could not recommend the AA more highly

I could not recommend the AA more highly. When I had purchased the breakdown cover it prompted me to install and set up my cars on the app so when I broke down it was a very quick and simple process of reporting the breakdown on the app (it took maybe a minute if that). I kid you not, the AA arrived within 10-15 minutes despite their initial automatic message saying they'll try and get someone out by 30 minutes. I think that must be a record or something. The mechanic was great and really helpful and knowledge and once he got my car working again he followed me all the way back home (an hours drive!!) to make sure if I broke down again he would be right there with me and did further tests on my car once we got back home. The service continues to go even further. I'm not very good with how cars work, I try not to be a stereotypical woman but the fact is I'm not trained as a mechanic and I was only taught how to drive a car, not how to make one or fix one. My car was going to need further attention at a garage so I called my family mechanic and the mechanic from the AA spent the time on the phone with him to explain what has happened and what he'd done and what further attention he thought it needed so I didn't need to explain and the next garage could take on the work further. That one instance of using the AA, and the level of service they provided, more than convered the money I spent on the cover, which now seems ridiculously cheap for what they do. High praise for the AA.
