AALWAYS ON TIME AALWAYS PROFESSIONAL

The time to arrive was extremely quick and the engineer was helpful,pleasant and professional.
The problem was resolved very quickly and efficiently.
I cannot praise the AA enough for their service and performance

Tip Top service from the AA

After noting my car battery had lost all its charge, I immediately called the AA. Unbelievably David arrived within 10 minutes, and immediately identified the problem. The battery had run down, due to the rear boot failing to close correctly.
David's wonderful persona, expertise and friendliness is a credit to him , and the AA. Thank you

Arrived very quickly after reporting…

Arrived very quickly after reporting the problem. Alex carried out all checks on the battery and advised no certain answer as to how the battery failed. As the battery was still under warranty he suggested that I go back to Halfords for further testing to which they replaced the battery. Thank you for your assistance.

After having the insurance for more…

After having the insurance for more than 20 years this is the first ever big time that the service of them was being used and I was pleased with it. According to my colleagues AA has better service than other companies . I have no idea as I only go with what my partner have started .

Great service

My van developed a flat tyre whilst on the Isle of Wight. As I don’t carry a spare, I contacted the AA and they were with me within 20 minutes. The driver was able to apply a temporary fix to the tyre and followed me to a nearby tyre shop to get a replacement, after he had contacted them to let them know we were on our way.
Throughout, he was aware of my need to catch a ferry and worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I was able to make my ferry booking.

Liam was incredibly helpful and supportive during my unsuspected breakdown. He stayed calm, patient, and understanding throughout, offering genuine care and reassurance when it was needed most. His ability to listen without judgment and provide steady support made a huge difference in such a stressful moment. I truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and compassion. He drove behind me to ensure a safe driving to my chosen garage. Good customer service delivery 👍.

When you breakdown you are asked to put…

When you breakdown you are asked to put all details online. I did but sat there waiting to connect by phone because system had not worked. Receptionist had to go through everything again including location of breakdown. This is second time my initial request for help has not even recognised & I have had to resort to going through everything again with person at end of phone. Once that is done the system does work & both AA engineers have been professional & helpful. But initial start of process is very frustrating when you are alone & stranded.
