Little appreciation post
Had AA cover for a couple of years now but haven't had to use it until now. My brakes were sqeaking when used so I paid to get them fixed. Nathan came out and was absolutely lovely as we had another fault occur over night which he fixed saving me a fortune, and then it turns out the brakes didn't need fixing so he cleaned them up and gave me some advice on keeping them clean! Thank you Nathan🙏

Every experience I have had with the AA…
Every experience I have had with the AA has been positive. The app is very easy to use, especially the process to let the AA know I need assistance (no long phone calls), the mechanics call in advance and have always been friendly and helpful.

Replacement new battery …
Replacement new battery on the van got the car on the road nice and quick . £150 price was rather high but they need to keep the policy price down. They email a receipt. No mention of the battery or the 5 year guarantee.
A really quick recovery
A really quick recovery. John was brilliant and really helpful. He wasn’t able to fix my car where it was so it had to be towed back to the garage. It was quite stressful but John was so calm it made it easier.
Long wait, but solved eventually
I originally used App to call assistance at approx 1830 on Wednesday , App said arrival of furness motors AA local partner, would be by 1940, this moved around a little as us normal , but then a call came in saying nobody would be out until Thursday, I had to go along with this but requested an early time as its a long way to Kent via York and we were due to travel home.
Checked App in AM and it had already gone back from 0800 to 1000, I called on phone and advised that this meant over 14 hour wait in total, the arrival was then reset to 0845, which Ewen hit on the spot.
