Twice I have called them out & they were with me so quickly and fixed the problem so efficiently and very courteous. They took my stress away!

A First Class Service in every respect from Zac and the AA.
Zac arrived within fifteen minutes of my initial telephone call .

Unfortunately, even after a thorough examination and numerous diagnostic checks,Zac was not able to find the fault and carry out a repair.
The result being that my car was towed to my local
garage for further examination, another smooth operation from Zac.

Zac's performance throughout was professionald and meticulus, and it was no fault of his that my could not be repaired on site.

Zac is an excellent ambassador for the AA.

Myke was very efficient & spotted the problem promptly- he escorted us home to make sure we made it ok, stopping to refill the leaking radiator when necessary. Absolutely excellent service and he is an all round top guy and a credit to the AA.

The battery had died in my works van on 19/5/26 at 11.45 am in Bellaghy , County Londonderry. I arranged AA recovery through my lease company..

I was kept up to date on the arrival status of the engineer. He arrived at 1.15pm approx.

His name was Peter Kennedy. He was extremely professional and pleasant throughout and toiled away through a couple of very heavy rain showers.

He got me up and running temporarily so I could get the van home. He called at my home address later to carry out the full repairs - replacing the battery and an earth cable..

Thank you Peter for a job well done and you’re a credit to your profession.

A long wait but to be fair car was on my drive so AA prioritised other callers who were stranded. Once arrived Dee was extremely friendly and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the fault got the car to start and then followed me to garage to leave for a new part to be fitted. He then drove me back. I’ve been with AA for 30 years and will always stay with them. For the peace of mind and to save the cost of a tow or a garage diagnostic it works out cheaper even when you have a well maintained modern car.

Called the AA due to a parasitic drain in the battery. The AA arrived very promptly and got the car started. Good advice was offered on how to proceed with the problem. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Returning home on a Monday evening I released the Crooklock and (I thought) put the key safely in my handbag. Before reaching home I called in at the late-night shop so fitted the Crooklock, and when I returned after a few minutes the key was not in my bag. I searched the bag thoroughly and looked around in the car. By now it was 10.30 pm and dark, people were around and I didn't try to reach every inch of the car interior.

I was not able to get through AA on my mobile phone so I walked home (ten minutes) and rang from there. AA promised to send someone by 3am and to give me ten minutes' warning so that I could walk back to the car. The call came before 1am.

Gary took everything in his stride. He moved the car seats and with his high quality torch was able to locate the key. (There is a keyring with two fobs and two keys on it). I don't know how it had fallen where it did, though I maintain that these seemingly inanimate objects take on lives of their own from time to time!

Once again, well done AA for quick, helpful and courteous action. Much appreciated.

Mark was outstanding. He arrived earlier than the scheduled time, very quickly diagnosed the problem and set about sorting a solution - which involved a new battery being fitted.

Once completed, he then ran several checks to make sure all in order and discovered the oil was very low. He also offered a solution to this.

Kept up to date about when I could expect the mechanic to arrive which he did earlier than notified. He carried out the changing of the flat tyre after checking the damaged area to ascertain if it was repairable - it wasn't. He then fitted the "get you home" tyre. All this was done in a professional and friendly manner.

AA is excellent they do their job when required and never have for any problem with them.

Excellent service, as always, by the AA in repairing my Toyota Prius at home. Paul was efficient and extremely pleasant.

Tim was brilliant. He solved the problem and did a small repair. Excellent service.

Registered my problem in line, which was very easily done. Received acknowledgment immediately with a time for assistance to arrive. Arrival time was spot on and Owain repaired the tyre and advised me to get a tyre fitted.

The repair guy was great, very helpful, explained a lot about the fault. Spent time in sorting out all the different error messages on dash board. This is the best mechanic of any that over the years I need to use the AA. Most time the mechanics are abrupt, uncommunicative, and dismissive. This chap was excellent however.
