Today the AA, quickly diagnosed the problem with my car are swifty rectified it. Such a expert, professiional, reassuring mechanic. Thank you Martin, your help was really appreciated.

Our car was originally recovered on the back of a truck to a service station, where we were met by another repair driver who fixed our car. A broken brake pipe and missing bolt on my caliper. Back on the road and safely arrived home with no issues 200miles later. The service provided was excellent, helpful and polite. Only had to wait 40mins for the initial recovery.

Saved a stranded motorist in a safe and timely manner

I used the app to log a issue with my car, but because of my location it said to call, I called and it was efficient and simply the operator was very helpful, I was told I was a priority and someone will be with me within a hour. I received a call after 10 mins making sure I was safe and I had been advised correctly on safety measures. I put the phone down and my AA mechanic arrived 20 mins total.

Danny was brilliant very efficient, polite and explained all possible issues and told me to wait safely away from the road, he couldn't see a fault and we narrowed it down to a possible sensor issue. Danny followed me home and advised me not to drive the car.

Sam was fantastic, he quickly diagnosed what the issue was and was able sort it out in the short term, and got me going again. He advised that I should take the car to a garage as soon as possible to get it fixed. He also followed me until I was almost at my destination just to make sure, which was brilliant. Well done Sam.

John who was sent out was very attentive, communication was excellent and extremely helpful to ensure I had the best experience.

Gary was very professional friendly & knowledgeable…he carried out a temporary fix on my tyre and advised me where to go the following morning to get a replacement, pointing out the safety requirements.
