Good end to a bad situation

We were on holiday in the Lakes 300miles from where we live in Essex and our car broke down it could have been a disaster and it turned out to be a great experience. It was very efficient, we didnt wait more than 30minutes it had to be divided into three sections and all the drivers were great in their individual styles, and what could have been a nightmare was actually a great experience.

Once again I've had my car up and running completely hassle free after it wouldn't start. Jamie from the AA arrived within 30 minutes and diagnosed thankfully my problem was just a flat battery. He was friendly and reassuring and had me back on the road very quickly after doing all his checks to make sure there was nothing else sinister going on that could cause me any more problems. I've been a member of the AA for a lot of years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future thank you.

I have felt safe as a woman travelling alone with each of the mechanics.

Michael arrived ahead of schedule, and recharged my battery right off. We also gave my useful advice on keeping it fully charged for the future.

Jamie was there within 10-15 minutes which was amazing! He called before to tell us how long he would be. He was upbeat and very clear and friendly. He assessed and found the problem in such a short time and reassured us as to what he would do for us to get to our nearest garage. He followed us to make sure we got there safely. We cannot thank him enough as he was so lovely. Thank you so much for being so polite and professional.
