Bought TCL 55 inch TV. Price was as good as any other I could find for this model and with 6 years warranty ( better than John Lewis at 5!). Having bought often from Richer Sounds over many years I know from experience that this guarantee is good in the event of an issue.

Delivery was excellent, and customer service great. I needed to change the delivery day and I was ungraded tp nect day delivery at no extra cost.

Couldnt really ask for more!

Excellent service always, that’s what makes me a repeat customer. My first purchase was from the London Bridge store all the west back in ‘83, years later they are my go to for to and hi-fi kit.

My click and collect order was available at the branch in less than 24 hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. The product was exactly as advertised.

Visited to return a turntable we ordered online, which was not what we wanted (our error). Easy return process, and helpful colleague helped us identify a more suitable product. Swap out was easy. We love the new product.

Super service from richer sounds , just a pity the delivery company doesn't not adhere to the same quality service. When you pay for next day delivery you expect it to be so and not some last minute excuse to say it will be delayed and will be with you the day after it should have been delivered. Very poor. So as for the delivery company -1 star.

Excellent experience with Mark and Trav. Called ahead, very courteous delivery and had an informative chat with me about the new TV.

I am very satisfied with this little store in London..

I ordered my item over the phone with a friendly man called chappie I think his name was.he put it aside until I went into town to pick it up. A lovely man called joey showed me how to connect my Manhattan T4R 2TB to the back of my TV. It only took 10 minutes to get it up and running. Would recommend Richer Sounds.Really helpful and knowledgeable people who work here.

Staff were lovely and extremely knowledgeable! They were great with recommendations and helping out with any questions I had.

Everything was very smooth and assistance to get the tv to the car, plus a phone call the next day to check if all was well, was very welcome.

Bought a wiim mini, reserved over the phone as couldnt get into store until the next day, only 1 left in stock and to my surprise it was reserved for me to collect

I can't speak highly enough of Richer Sounds.
I had a limited budget when bying my cd player. Not for one moment did I feel pressurised to spend above my budget. Indeed every effort was made to find me the best player to meet my needs. Thank-you Levi.

As the situation developed I had to return to the shop and it became apparent I needed new speakers.
Again I was given 5 star treatment to ensure I had wonderful sound without breaking the bank. This time it was Richard who gave me so much expert guidance.

He also arranged for Mark to come to my home to install the speakers. I was in the shop on the Monday, by Wednesday my system was up and running and totally wonderful.

I will never forget the kindness of Levi, Richard and Mark. So uplifting and life affirming during our present troubled times.

The CD transport is better than expected. The CD detail extracted is wonderful, of course having a very decent DAC, amp and speakers helps.

I have used R/S for many years, sothat means you are good trustworthy people who know about their products.

My new CD player sounds great, it is playing through a Cambridge amp and Celestion ditton speakers.

Why 4 not 5 stars? The remote seems not to work properly, it will not eject the played disc. No biggy….i press the stop button on the player itself.
