Very good customer service and prompt answers to all queries and e mails

I have had a great experience at your store whilst buying my tv. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. He explained everything well, applied the existent offer to the purchase and recommended the company who came later to install our tv. They also did a great job. Very nice people.
I have to say that Richer Sound has given much better experience in comparison to Curries where we bought things in the past.

I spoke to two different members of staff from the Boscombe store regarding small bedroom smart projectors, the first member was very knowledgeable and helped guide me to a product better suited to my situation, I called back the next day and the second person I spoke to was very competent and helpful, overall I am very happy with the service I received and am glad I went with their product recommendation

Ordered WiiM pro plus via Paul. Very efficient, great price, arrived as promised, nice follow up phone call as well.

Very good replacement for the Tivo box supplied by Virgin.
Only issue it does not have the fast forward Pause or return that the original Tivo had

Easy website to use Competitive price. Pleasant, helpful staff on phone. Parking is not easy but it did not matter as young man in shop carried it out to the car for me and also offered help with setting up via the phone later if we needed it.
All in all excellent experience and we saved a lot of money!
