Very pleased with the service that we received. The daunting task of replacing our equipment was always going to be a chore for us. New technologies are very challenging. We were given the full treatment of comparison and explanation. We are so grateful and are delighted with the choices we made.

Staff have great expertise, and can adapt their style to be able to talk to experienced geeks and those like me who don't know much at all. I trust the staff to offer me the best options for my needs, without ever feeling they are "upselling." Visited the Liverpool store yesterday with my husband, who received great advice from Kelvin and bought something, while Stuart was nice enough to answer my bimbo questions and show me examples of things I'd asked about. I did appreciate the friendliness of ALL the staff, we ended up interacting with all 5!

Absolutely outstanding service. The people in the shop listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly. They didn't pressure us to pick the most expensive items (even when I asked what combination they would choose if they were buying it. I asked about the most expensive speakers in the shop and they guided me away from them as they would not be suitable for the room size/style we wanted. It is service like that that builds confidence!

They took time to discuss the music that would be listened to and then select the items that would work well together. An experience that has given me the knowledge that the next piece of audio/visual equipment we go for will also come from Richer Sounds. Can't recommend the service highly enough.

Excellent personal service and advice - next day delivery.

Went in for a replacement stylus, which they had in stock, but was actually looking for an upgrade, which they said would be in by Tuesday. After checking online, I was told I could have one delivered the following day at no cost. Very happy.

Salesman helpful, but said the Cambridge amp didnt come with a remote, which I find useful as I am disabled and largely sofabound. Imagine my delight when I found the remote in the box!

After being very disappointed by Dali Kupid speakers, swapped them for Wharfedale Diamond 12.1i's on recommendation of Justin at RS Liverpool he sorted everything out for me seamlessly, got the new speakers delivered next day and Wow! Can't imagine better anywhere near the price - great speakers and great service

Needed a new TV (I had just bought some speaker stands of them but asked for advice on which TV to buy). The one that they recommended is fabulous. I've been buying my Hi Fi from them for years and also my last couple of televisions from Richer Sounds because they know their business really well, offer great advice and assistance, prices are good and the after care is superb. Simply the top as far as I'm concerned.

First of course was the price, then the cover then the efficiency of the service an professionalism of the staff , I have always shopped at Richer sounds for years now ,and have always considered them as one of the best if not thee best in Liverpool
