I phoned the Richer Sounds national telesales number looking for a Price Match on an OLED TV, but as an overflow my call was picked up by Richer Sounds Bath.
I was advised to email the Price Match details to the store, which I duly did. I then dealt with George via email, not only was he able to give me a great deal, his knowledge with a query I had was very helpful.
The cream on the cake was just before proceeding with the order, he had spotted a potential mistake I had made, regarding model numbers and brought it to my attention, rather than just sallying forth with the order.
This attention to detail, saved me making an error in my interpretation of specification differences between the 2 models I was considering and was very much appreciated.
All in all, a first class experience dealing with Richer Sounds Bath, 5 stars all day long.

Product ordered at 3pm, arrived next day despite normal delivery quoted of 5 days. 6 year extended warranty option offered & accepted. I always buy my products from Richer Sounds.

Excellent service and price as usual. Unfortunately the headphones I bought were faulty in that they constantly dropped their bluetooth connection despite being tried on 5 separate sources, But that's not Richer's fault. For a premium brand its Beyerdynamic that need to improve their quality control. However the collection and refund were exemplary and the staff really helpful. Actually having first bought from them 26 years ago I'm amazed that they can still maintain the standard of service that they do. I would have bought again rather than take a refund, it's just a shame, that around this price point, there are so few on ear options available which, in this case are what I really needed.

Ordered a portable projector last minute on Sunday afternoon. Needed it for Wednesday afternoon. Was called on Monday to say it was ready to collect. And on top of that had a six year guarantee. Can't fault the service and will definitely buy from richer sounds again

I had good service mainly on-line but with one visit to the Bath store. Over time the staff helped me refine what I was after and selected options for me. 5 Stars for that. The lower score is because we had an issue with the cabinet we bought at the same time as the TV and stereo and the top was out of shape. The store arranged a replacement. However the fitting and installation wasn't great. Due to the cabinet it took Lee and his mate much much longer than planed to put it in, which was costly, and then they had to come back and spend a lot more time taking it apart to replace the top. AT least this time Richer's paid. The TV and stereo looks great and sounds good. However I am not sure if things are working as they should and have little idea how to change things. I have had stereo's all my life but this out is very complex and I am not sure I understand and it all goes together.
I popped in to see if these guys sold Ethernet cables and Fred very kindly gave me one of their spares at no charge. Really really appreciated!
