Richer Sounds Reviews 

Richer Sounds shipped a used, open/unsealed product, without any secure packaging. Inside was a pair of clearly used speakers covered in dust and hair.

When contacting customer services to request they be picked up and returned for refund, they said a refund would only be released after 10-14 days after receiving the returned speakers. They convinced me to accept a replacement and agreed to have the speakers picked up the next day.

However the delivery driver arrived with another unpackaged, open/unsealed box with dusty used-appearing product for a second time. I rejected the replacement speakers and the delivery driver said they usually send out customer returns and agreed they wouldn't be happy.

I've emailed customer services to make sure everything is in writing but no response.

Update: Customer services finally responded and I’m now waiting up to 14 days, after they receive the returned products, for my refund to be released. No apologies for the stress and time wasted while I attempt to resolve this.

Tell you what, the whole experience from phoning to find out about an older model TV that wasn't on your website to unpacking the set and turning on couldn't, i don't think, have been better - unless someone stayed to take away the cardboard (hoho).

Staff are really helpful as always. I've bought loads from them over the years. Unfortunately I'm a bit disappointed with the Pure Classic H6 but that is nothing to do with Richer Sounds.
