great classes, helpful motivating staff, plenty of equipment.
It would be nice to see a kettle bells class, and please turn up the heat in the ladies showers!

New Llantrisant gym best ever!!!
New Llantrisant gym - Hi my personal opinion is that it’s the best gym around & friendliest and cleanest. It’s the overall package. I definitely recommend this company to anyone starting ! they do everything the right way in every way … it’s designed in a way that no matter how many people are there, it’s spaced out properly and designed to perfection Give it a visit you wont be disappointed
I had a very warm welcome 🤗 & was the first person to enter the gym when it first opened 👍🏻🙌🤗🤗🤗
