I enjoy Pure Gym but find that the…
I enjoy Pure Gym but find that the sudden change in cancelled classes or timetable is not helpful!
Also when the app doesn't work and a staff member lets me enter, the app thinks I've not cancelled my class or missed it and after 3 times it suspends me from booking any further classes! It's frustrating and annoying!
The gym is clean and the staff are great!

If a PT can not make a class we do our best to try find an alternative before it gets fully cancelled. We will always try to let the member know in advance if we do have to cancel a class however sometimes this is not possible if this is last minute.

Frustrating and Disorganised
Every interaction I have had with them has been frustrating. There have been a number of occasions where the trainers simply don’t turn up to sessions and when they do they have been disinterested and on their phone. Trying to contact customer support is also frustrating, as it through social media so you can’t get a conversation with a single person going. I’ve recently tried to update my address and home gym (something they say we have to do), and the person I spoke to decided to change my membership and increase my monthly price with no warning or approval from me. There has been (unmarked) broken equipment in the gym, no soap in the ladies for months, and the set up is incredibly basic. We get membership half price through our health insurance, but even at that it’s not worth the hassle!

The Bournemouth gym...
I go to the Bournemouth gym and the state of the place is a disgrace!- There is only 1 sanitising station (with faulty sanitisers), the machines have NOT been cleaned in years (eg. there are peoples fake nails stuck in the air vents) AND the showers are disgusting, tried every single one and each within 5 minutes flood and don't drain at all so its filled with gunk! And this morning I found blood in one of them! DISGUSTING and a biohazard!

Excellent value for money o
Excellent value for money. However terrible to non existant mobile signal. Also staff could walk around helping customers on some terrible techniques. Spent years in military & qualified to level 5+ on fitness.

Needs improvement
Zero social distancing most gym goers are not cleaning equipment after use as requested. Music from classes far too loud, three different songs playing at same time and instructors shouting on microphones just creating garbled noise.
Showers and changing room floor filthy - not been cleaned properly in weeks, mould in showers and dead flys that have been there for ages, shower drains blocked and either freezing cold or burning hot.
Gym equipment old and worn out. Most has been there since it first opened, about time it was updated.

Awesome gym
Awesome gym. Always clean and tidy. Loads of equipment so always can complete my workout, even during peak time.

Gym was not too busy no queuing for machines really enjoyed it and got some advice from Cristiano regards safely using machines which was really appreciated I'm not really a gym user but feel really comfortable visiting here
