So far this is the first time I've gone with this company... Just joined so can't say much other then, it was quick and easy to sign up, and at a great price, I will update this if I ever have to call them.

Great gym, App, and clean centre.

Been on and off with pure Gym over the years. The new refurbished Bournemouth centre love it, and for the price,. The app is actually one of the best ones I've come across so far.
I try to avoid peak times though, as good as it is to see the place busy, but is the lack of selection of equipment either waiting around or try to come up with an alternative.

But over all, love the gym.

My go to!

My go to, for quality and price and service especially my local store in Bournemouth.
I Personally recommend. And Easy and quick service when it comes to returns or exchange so far never had an issue.
Just bought a new car battery, quick and easy.

Lied about Delivery!

Shame I can't give a zero! Absolutely awful company annoyingly Amazon uses them!
Driver shows up to take a pic of the outside building and making it like no one was in. When I started to chase it up for te last 45 Minutes they gave 3 different BS excuses, GPS wasn't working, Run into an issue, couldn't get hold of me.
Even though I selected if I wasn't in to pass it onto my neighbour within the building not hard but I am in came home early from work. Trying to make a complained only dealing with an automated service! Miss the good old days when you could actually interact with humans face to face... Companies like this like to hide and not take accountability.
Now they saying it'll be delivered tomorrow as I won't be In tomorrow, and my neighbour will be out from 11am all day!

Don't believe that all the five star…

Don't believe that all the five star ratings are real... These are clearly fake.

Since my previous energy supply went bust and they transferred us to these thief's within 5 months I was hit with a huge bill during the summer of 2021, five months back and forwards with them, poor customer service and I can't tell you how many people I was directed to and I always had to repeat myself to a point I just couldn't do it anymore, last December we came to an agreement and a fix rate price of £83pcm to this April they decided without notification started taking £150pcm I complained about that emailed 3 times, until I decided to stop my direct debit. Now they none stop chasing me and putting the payment plan to £225 LMAO, I'm seeing legal help and forwarding to Ombudsman hopefully they can help to clear this mad mess up amdm and make sense of it all. All I see is money grabbers!

Crimal!

Once again, but not surprised!
On going issues for almost a year now, but now with the new stealing price rise taking more then 54% increase on my direct debit, without consulting with me first or even a letter explaining or even a heads up of what's to come in April!! I tried to speak to them they put me on hold after taking 38.minutes to be connected I hung up this time round, not gonna waist any more of my time calling them poor service every time! So I email now, all I get back is the automated service, so I'll be writing a letter and posting it next... I will not be dealing with this company via Phone anymore, best keep a record of communication in writing!!
Glad to see that the MSM is on this and many more people on the same boat, hope these energy companies got what's coming to them?
