I like the application of Pure gym
I like the application of Pure gym, I feel more confident to go to the gym, I know which exercises works for me, very fun. The water machine includes many flavors.
The sports equipment is excellent. The stuff are friendly,the best gym ever.

Rude instructor, classes change without warning
I just left The Triangle gym.
The instructor was late for the cycle class and didn’t get on a bike to demonstrate instructions.
The same instructor turned up late for the pump class and proceeded to give something which resembled Hit. On explaining I had booked for a pump class I was told, “I’m only standing in and this is what I’m giving”. Recovering from an ankle injury, I was looking for and expecting Pump. There was no explanation from the instructor before I asked why there was no Pump class.
As a traveller from the Netherlands, I was shocked and disappointed by the attitude and lackadaisical approach of the trainer.
I bought a three-day pass expecting the lessons on the schedule, which PureGym have sadly failed to uphold.

The gym is well located and easy to get…
The gym is well located and easy to get to, it’s all on one floor which is very convenient.
The only downside are the changing rooms as the lockers are in desperate need of upgrading, at least half of them don’t work.
Also the showers run extremely hot with no control over the temperature

I really like the gym because it has…
I really like the gym because it has most of the devices needed. But, I think it needs the following;
- Boxing bags.
- Karate accessories with a fee.
The bathrooms needs some work as well.
Overall, very good gym worth every penny 💪.

All in I'm happy with the gym as a…
All in I'm happy with the gym as a whole, however the equipment needs updating, most of it has been in place since my first day, almost 9 years, so an upgrade is needed especially with what other local gyms have.

Needs a shake up
Let’s get the equipment, replaced, it’s old and seen better days. Some of it is bordering on dangerous, people will get hurt. Is it cost effective to keep replacing parts!! The cardio equipment is a joke. If you’re ranking against other gyms in the area, the equipment is poor. You all keep talking about, it’s time to get it resolved.
The changing rooms!!! You know what’s wrong with them, we keep telling you. They are a disgrace. Facilities in council gyms are better.
And some members of the team, need to go on a customer relations course.

There is not enough small dumbbells…
There is not enough small dumbbells like 6 and 8kg. Only like 3 spread across the whole gym. Can you get some more please.

Classes are too loud
It's a great gym in a great location with a good set of equipment however the volume of the class music is absolutely deafening at times. Because of this I can't go to the gym whenever I want to and have to plan around the classes which is inconvenient. I also used to love going to several classes per week but now can't consider going to them. I appreciate loud music but it really is just too loud especially when there's only a couple of people in the class!

old machines, several do not work. Classes with very loud sound, impossible training with free weights without noise

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
