Unfortunately quite a few negatives
Unfortunately quite a few negatives, which could be resolved, for what should be a good gym.
The gym closed twice within a week of me joining (from the evening to the following day). I received a last minute email with no explanation on both occasions. I asked a member of the team why no explanation was given and why it was so last minute - they were very defensive and just said "CCTV". In fact the guys customer service was really poor and he didn't apologise.
No music is played from when the staff leave in the evening until when they arrive in the morning meaning that my 6am training sessions are akin to training in a library - very awkward. Quite a few people train at this time - please give us music. Other 24 hour gyms do.
Lockers can be tricky - the team need to stop members leaving stuff in them 24/7. Members seem to use them as their own full time personal storage unit.
The changing rooms can be awful (and on more than one occasion flooded) in the mornings prior to the cleaner arriving. Certain gym members are clearly vandalising them (tissue and debris in the urinals etc) - not the fault of the gym though.
And finally there is only 1 set of handles for fly's on the cable machines. I have had to purchase my own from Amazon. Please get some more as you have plenty of cable machines.
On the plus points there are plenty of machines and a good amount of space. Lots of cable stations unlike quite a few other gyms.
If you take training seriously and aren't limited by time then 3F gym, a few yards down the road, is a better option with professional bodybuilding machines and equipment (I use both gyms). However it is not 24 hours.
I am yet to find the feedback box!

We're very happy to be able to provide members access to the gym 24 hours/day, 7 days a week . If there are issues with the CCTV however, for member safety in unstaffed hours, we need to close the gym until a member of staff is in the next day. These issues are temporary and we notify all members via email, along with providing free alternative access to other gym branches while we get that sorted!
We work hard to develop and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our gyms and apologise if this isn't up to your expectation .
Lockers are emptied by the cleaning staff daily, as explained on our website and in our gym rules, so members cannot store belongings within the lockers while they are not working out .
Your feedback has been passed onto our facilities team and we're constantly striving to replace and improve equipment and cleaning procedures within our Gym Branches. If you have any further queries, please speak with your Gym Team .
We look forward to improving the gym experience and hope to see you back in the gym in future .

I recently had the opportunity to visit PureGym Bournemouth in England, United Kingdom, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. This gym not only provided me with the freedom of movement but also offered access to exercise fitness classes and top-notch facilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
As someone who works the night shift during the week, this was highly helpful for me during my travel this year. The convenience of being able to work out at any time, regardless of the hour, was truly a game-changer.

Exemplary Pure Gym.
The website was very easy to navigate and accounts equally simple, straightforward and to the point when it comes to any form of membership. Once an account has been opened you could install the Pure Gym app and use the PIN QR code unique to you to scan yourself in. If like me you can't install the app, then you can manually enter your PIN and since Pure Gym is open 24/7 it's pretty much easy thereafter.
Be sure to apply an induction course online and turn up, try very hard not to be late as there are strikes for non communication. So read everything carefully. Don't assume.
The gyms are all in excellent condition, plenty of space for intense training and for those who prefer a quiet studio to hide away in. The managers/trainers all know their stuff, so don't hesitate to ask them for anything. Trainers also double up as cleaners for equipment, so if you're concerned about cleanliness or Coronavirus-type bacteria have no fear (Covid, influenza, common cold, etc).
Security wise, bring your own padlock. Always a good reason to protect yourself.
All in all, I can find nothing to cause concern. Staff are all polite and very knowledgeable in their particular fields. If in doubt, you can always plan a session with friends and family in an accredited time slot online. Enjoy!

Hygiene bad
Overall it’s a good gym, should have more leg equipment. Hygiene is questionable as no one cleans the machines after themselves , the blue rolls and sprays are most of the time empty 🤔

It was my first time trying a Pure Gym
It was my first time trying a Pure Gym. It's location was very convenient and I did like how well equipt the gym was.
However, I was looking forward to a nice shower after my workout but unfortunately was not able to have one. The water was freezing cold (have tried 4 shower cubicles) and did not warm up. The showers itself were also not clean and could see a mold being build up.
This was very disappointing to me as had to travel back home sweaty, in a rain. Not sure if I will be buying a membership.

No WiFi. Pretty poor for a popular gym especially in the winter when people are trying to get fit indoors. Bit rubbish

The gym was fine but internet pretty awful
The gym was fine but the gym´s internet in the Bournemouth Triangle premise was pretty awful as in many places of the gym I didn´t have neither Wi-Fi nor internet.
Regarding your answer, I did that and the internet was pretty bad. If I were you, check that you have a pretty good connection in every single corner of your gym as it is not a matter of log in, it is matter of the quality of your wifi.

Examples leg curl and extension, Tripe rope cable and most of the bar grips.

With regards to the equipment we would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken or parts need replacing.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers or deliveries but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.

Great Gym! Good Atmosphere! All the equipment!
Pure Gym Bournemouth Triangle is a well equipped gym with a good atmosphere. The team are friendly lead by Lisa the manager. Clean and a good environment to train in. Central and easy for me to get to!

TOO FEW CARABINERS
Everything is fine except for that there are A LOT of carabinders missing, at least 6 - its been severel weeks and they haven't been replaced.

Friendly/helpful staff as always
Friendly/helpful staff as always. Most kit as needed. My only hang up is members not putting weights(dumbbells back in correct placements and not left all over the floor. Would recommend this gym 👍

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this.
