Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Excellent delivery service

Excellent delivery service! They send regular updates on the delivery day to give you an accurate time your parcel will be delivered! For me this was important as the package was large and heavy and required a couple of my colleagues to help carry it so I knew when to have them ready. Both the man and lady who delivered my parcel were friendly and patient! I would definitely recommend this company!

Do not use this company if you have…

Do not use this company if you have items that need caring for they have damaged my motor bike costing myself over 2000 even though i payed insurance they will not honer this the drivers were rude uncaring and obviously very carless the company will not honer their promise if they damage your items they can not be trusted if you care about your items they are not worth the risk

Superb service from Proovia - collected from Wales and delivered to Devon in just 3 days! Brilliant communication and careful handling - I couldn't recommend them more highly!

First class service

First class service, I was kept updated,,the communication is the best I have witnessed from a courier service. Easy to keep in contact with them and verification of delivery time and address was simple.24 hr notice and then They phoned me 30 min before delivery and they were to the minute. Very pleasant driver and helper. 10/10.

Great service and hassle free delivery

Great service, arrived on time with good communication. Delivered a large order from the South coast of England up to Scotland including a very heavy piano with no fuss and no damages. Thanks very much Margelu Danut Elvis 💚
