Delivery men were surly and impolite
Delivery men were surly and impolite. Barely acknowledged us, only spoke in a foreign language to each other and left abruptly after removing our old tumble dryer without returning to check if everything was ok. Appalling customer service.

Really poor experience after paying £35…
Really poor experience after paying £35 for installation, it was a horrendous job. They installed the machine without levelling it and pushed it so far back that the pipe was bent. Our first wash failed with a error due to no water supply and the machine was wobbling violently as it was not level. It didn't take a lot of time to fix these issues after checking the service manual but gave us a really bad scare initially. Not expected after paying so much for installation alone.
