Very quick and great service

The order was already a day late and when it arrived it was very badly damaged so I now need to arrange with a courier and take another day waiting for its collection then order yet another one hopefully this one will arrive on time and in one piece ?

Very helpful. Delivered as committed and put the furniture inside of the house very helpful.

Delivery was on time and accurate, but......
While submitting my order I made it clear that the delivery agent needed to call the delivery address telephone number and that texts should go to that number. I asked the agent to confirm that this would happen. It didn't. The driver rang me 3 times despite me giving him the correct number

Delivery turned up 11 o'clock in the night we were in bed outrageous time to turn up

One of the delivery guys was more interested what we had in the house, eyeing everything up and asking if he could have the old tv. Once he saw a photo of me in police uniform he stopped and went quiet, did his job unpacking the new tv then left. Dodgy fooker.

Delivery was fine and is now installed and working perfectly. Hope someone tells the people loading the van what order things are to be delivered in in the future, so the guys driving don't have to unload half the van.

Hi, we appreciated all the communication about the delivery and regard to our instructions. The fridge freezer was left where I requested it but I was surprised to find that it had not been unpackaged. In addition one of our travertine floor tiles has been quite badly scratched and will need some work doing to restore the sealed finish. The delivery team were polite, friendly and concerned about causing any damage. It wasn’t until after they had left that my wife noticed damage to the floor.

The 2 delivery men turned up on time. They were pleasant and courteous. They covered their shoes when in the house. The were careful not to touch the walls with the bed as they took it upstairs. They swiftly and competently built up the bed. Great work. Thank you.

Paid money to set up in the room and take away old fridge freezer never setup the new fridge freezer left it to a disabled person to have to lie on the floor to adjust the feet to stop the fridge freezer rocking but the lads did take the packing away as well but had paid money to have it setup

The delivery staff were flexible, courteous and only too happy to place some items inside and others outside. Kept me very well informed of delivery window both on the day of delivery and the day before as promised.
