High hopes dashed by this delivery company when 2 hour window was completely ignored and delivery was 3 hours after the end of that window. Tracking was also misleading as it said that I was the next stop and that the delivery driver nearby at 10am for a 11-1 window only for the driver to not be there for another 6 hours. The map then seemed to show the truck as local to me but it went to multiple places locally for 3+ hours then eventually grunted up with a almost full truck at 4pm (boxed parcels not pick ups,). Reckon the guys had been chilling out swinging the lead. No excuse for missing window given. Mostly annoying because I was over at elderly parents house to receive the goods for them as too old to deal with this kind of shenanigans. Awful. If you use tech & time windows it has to be accurate for customers or else pointless.

A 3RD ATTEMPT...AND THEY STILL FAILED TO DELIVER... TRULY UNBELIEVABLE
Bristol/Gloucestershire area. Our new Sealy bed base SHOULD have been delivered on Friday 29 May by AIT (Sealy's chosen delivery providers). Today is 11 June and still AIT haven't delivered it....after 3 no shows! Yes, they just don't bother to turn up. Their 3rd 'no show' was last Friday 5 June. We've been in contact with Sealy customer services who described AIT's service to us as "embarrassing". There's never any phone call from AIT on the day itself...just an email the day before confirming the date they should be delivering...then they just don't turn up!!! AIT don't even bother to call you as a basic courtesy to say they can't deliver. You have to make all the effort to chase them. We are fed up with them and have lost all confidence that they will ever deliver our bed base to us. What a completely useless 'delivery' company. We've had to we reorder another bed base via Sealy. Its being delivered to us by another company. AIT...we will never, ever use your appalling delivery service again. If you live in Bristol/Gloucestershire areas, please save yourself the stress, inconvenience and time wasted... please don't use AIT.

A Good Delivery Company
Quality dlivery with lots of monitoring and notification. Products arrived in excellent condition, though one box had a rattle of a loose item, which I think was poor packaging rather than any delivery concern.
