Good service, and kept informed of delivery time and progress.
Delivery staff not very personable

Our experience with sofa village was excellent from start to finish, the goods arrived within 2 days of ordering and good quality sofa and armchairs, the delivery team kept us informed and delivery was easy to track and the delivery team were helpful and polite.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery, regular updates so you know what's going on at all times. Impressive delivery times scheduled to make my day much easier to navigate. Both lads were polite and very helpful in delivering a heavy treadmill straight into the house. Thanks all round. Normally its to much faff to write reviews but these guys deserved a fair review. As I say excellent service.

The item took 4 or 5 days to arrive, looks good but haven't fitted it yet. It would have been better if the package had at least been left outside the front door rather than on the driveway but I guess they're in a rush.

Many boxes damaged. Fit critical boxes which would have been loaded last onto the van (according to Wickes) was a complete mystery to the driver.

Delivery arrived on time. Had booked take to any room and disposal of old matress. Both carried out speedily and guys were polite and very efficient.
