The delivery men came with the tv took…

The delivery men came with the tv took it out of the box left it on the floor put all cardboatd back into the box and this included plug and handset took me ages to find it all and this is made more difficult because im elderly woman who has chronic arthritis

Extremely unhelpful office staff

The delivery guys were great but after being promised (numerous times) a delivery date by the seller (Dunelm) the delivery company autonomously changed the date to a later one. Many other plans had been made around the first date and it was very inconvenient to change everything. Despite phoning this company to explain my situation they refused to help. Extremely unhelpful staff.

Excellent communications

Excellent communications, very helpful men who delivered. They were running about an hour late but kept me informed by text and a phone call when they were heading to me.

We had two of the most helpful guys they came in introduced themselves and were respectful of our hour knew exactly what their role was and delivered perfectly

Delivery drivers were not very friendly…

Delivery drivers were not very friendly or helpful and, when I asked if the kayak could be taken down to the grass area of my garden - down two sets of three steps - they were clearly not happy to do so. I then asked them just to leave it on the patio - and off they went.
