Succeeded where other deliveries failed
We live in a really difficult to access location. We contacted the company on live chat beforehand and got a real person not AI and they took all the info and ensured it got to the driver and gave us the number of the driver when we asked for it.
It is rare that a delivery company make it to our house without getting lost or having to change route due to the narrowness and steepness of the roads. This team got it right first time. Perfect delivery

NEVER RECOMMEND AIT AS A DELIVERY FIRM
Would never recommend this delivery firm.
They have dump and run. No email or text to confirm delivery, voice mail in the Indian Language. Leave delivery out in the open to be stolen. This is the best bit, was informed one of the drivers spent his entire time grooming/prunining his moustash. Had not been for a neighbour letting me know that a delivery had taken place there goods would have disappeared.
