Kept me up to date but delivery was bad..

All was good with keeping me updated about my parcel, no fault there at all, however, it was down as a 2 man delivery with it being a heavy item, but they left it at the door with "here's your thing" and left not asking for a signature or anything they signed it themselves as "PRICK" which i am hoping is a spelling mistake or stands for something else, I had to drag the parcel in the house which again was 15kg too heavy for me to move without struggle and they never offered help just left, if they had helped bring it into the house id be writing a different kind of review, the situation itself was stressful with how it went and I pulled my shoulder moving it into the house, im just wondering what would happen if it was delivered to an elderly person like it was

Rang beforehand with estimated time frame, arrived early, placed delivery in hallway for me. Had a good sense of humour and friendly manner

Offered the bare minimum

Delivery on time and took old mattress. Asked if they could help me just get the new mattress out of the box as too heavy for me on my own and they refused. Two large guys in the house asking for the PIN number is intimidating so not in a position to ask twice. Bare minimum.
Had to go and find some help from a neighbour. It literally would have taken them two minutes.
