All good the delivery people were very helpful

Came between the times specified, very pleasant driver and helpful.

Firstly I want to say that the fridge/freezer we got is amazing quality and I could not be happier with it.
The delivery time was spot on, and we recieved a call and text to say they were close. Unfortunately that’s where is where the positives end! The delivery drivers were rude and at first were not even going to try to get my order into my house! They however achieved this with ease! I paid for removal of old appliances and unpacking. Imagine my shock to be told they do not do unpacking and were not going to remove my old appliances, claiming they would come back later to pick them up! After around 10 minutes of protesting they begrudgingly took my old appliances! I suspect if we had let them leave without removal they would not have come back for them at all!
Overall I found the delivery and customer service absolutely disgraceful, and ruined a positive experience up until that point.

Kept me informed of the time of arrival and when they came, they took the plastic off and put the bed in the right place and we’re very polite and friendly. Would recommend.

Arrived on time after good communications. Truck didn't have lowering platform for karge heavy appliances. Didn't use wheels to transfer the fridge into house, prefering to carry horizontal a 2mt high fridge freezer which meant risk of damage and leaving for 4 hours at least before connecting. They were going to just leave the fridge packaged and uninstalled. After requesting installing and removing packaging as paid, they did but wouldn't adjust in right place as were in a hurry. So, OK experience but not great.

Lots of communication before delivery and a phone call from Sam 1/2 an hour before delivery as I was told would happen. Great delivery! Highly recommend! Thank you.

Delivery was made on time. Driver was polite and delivered my rug with care.

The delivery arrived late even though it was the first on the list of the day. Upon arrival it was clear that the transportation instructions on the box had been ignored, with the item (elliptical trainer) loaded upright on the end that specifically stated it should not be loaded on (the light end rather than the heavy end). On arrival the delivery team (1 male, 1 female) were unhappy they had to climb multiple stairs, and said they weren’t informed of that. I told them it was all detailed in the delivery instructions as per requirements. When I signed off the package I noted the transit issues, but could also clearly see the delivery details including the multiple stairs, which they had either not seen or ignored. Thankful on unpacking the item seems to work as expected, although packaging materials were damaged, presumably as a result of the incorrect loading.

Notification day before to tell me approx what time they were going to come the following day,and they came at that time, and they said the day before that the driver will call you approx 30min before they arrive and he did call me 30min before he arrived,so overall everything was perfect,10/10.

We ordered a reclining chair for my Dad and when the 2nd delivery took place one if the men involved wasn't happy that they were told it would be easier to bring the delivery in through the back door. They took it round the back but then left it in the dining room but in a place where my parents were unable to pass the box as it was blocking their access to the kitchen and the back door. My parents normally have their evening meal around 5pm. When I arrived, after doing some shopping for them, it was around 7pm and they had been unable to get anything to eat or drink. There are other personal reasons why they needed access through the dining room, but again they were unable to get through. My parents are 91 years of age and are at risk of accidents or poor health if they are unable to access their kitchen or dining room. To leave them without access was a big oversight

On time, communicative and friendly. Took care with my delivery and my property.
