Great service …
I placed the order with Dunelm on Thursday and AIT delivered it on Saturday morning. They sent notifications and regular updates and the driver called when he was an hour away and when they arrived they were friendly and courteous. Can't fault the service at all.

Whilst delivery drivers were helpful…
Whilst delivery drivers were helpful and I received communication on delivery, when I opened package a part for headboard was missing and instead I'd got 5 foot coasters instead of 4, very frustrating, still waiting to hear back on missing item, not impressed more care needs taking to ensure all parts are packed correctly
