Part replacement.

We had two belts replaced by Dave Perry. The belts ordered were delivered quickly and now the slicer machine works like a dream.

Warren Smith

The issue with the franking machine could not be resolved over the phone, so warren smith attended site the next day. Warren Smith was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. As soon as the parts arrived, he attended site and repaired the machine. this is the second time I have met Warren and find him very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about issues we have raised.

Envelope Machine Service

After issues with payments being allocated to the accounts the Pitney Bowes engineer Warren Smith attended site at serviced our envelope machine. Throughout the process of resolving the issues relating to invoices and payments Warren was very helpful and tried to keep me as informed as possible about the situation and could not have done anymore than he did to try and help us out.

The team had an excellent experience with the engineer (Roderick) who attended both Tooting and Wandsworth campuses. He arrived promptly, quickly setup the system. I had a smooth and straightforward experience with Pitney Bowes. From the demo, to getting the quote, to ordering and delivery all was first class. The installation and support throughout has been 10 our of 10. If I was to give any negatives it would be the invoicing but once explained made perfect sense, Thank you for making the process simple and reliable.

We recently had a visitor system installed

We recently had a Pitney Bowes visitor system installed across our Colleges. The process from ordering equipment and delivery was really smooth. Roderick came to install and set up the system. There were quite a few staff needing to know how to use the system and Roderick explained everything so well. He was quick in install the system and then talk it through with staff. Roderick answered all our questions and everyone was extremely pleased with the process so we can't thank him enough!

Excellent long term service and support

We have used Pitney Bowes franking machines in our hospital postroom for many years, and the service support has always been reliable. A special mention to Stuart Burton, who has looked after our site for around 20 years. He has always been professional, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues whenever they arose.
Stuart has always handled everything smoothly and kept us informed throughout the process. His support over the years has been greatly appreciated by our team.

Top notch work

Recently we had to have an update to the handheld devices as Pitney Bowes provide the hardware. During the entire process I was very impressed with the lead engineer Stuart as he clearly explained why the upgrade was necessary and also further clarified the importance of this. A very approachable person who clearly has the passion for the job. Top notch engineer who knows how to make a customer happy.
