The issue with the franking machine could not be resolved over the phone, so warren smith attended site the next day. Warren Smith was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. As soon as the parts arrived, he attended site and repaired the machine. this is the second time I have met Warren and find him very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about issues we have raised.

After issues with payments being allocated to the accounts the Pitney Bowes engineer Warren Smith attended site at serviced our envelope machine. Throughout the process of resolving the issues relating to invoices and payments Warren was very helpful and tried to keep me as informed as possible about the situation and could not have done anymore than he did to try and help us out.

We recently had a Pitney Bowes visitor system installed across our Colleges. The process from ordering equipment and delivery was really smooth. Roderick came to install and set up the system. There were quite a few staff needing to know how to use the system and Roderick explained everything so well. He was quick in install the system and then talk it through with staff. Roderick answered all our questions and everyone was extremely pleased with the process so we can't thank him enough!

Recently we had to have an update to the handheld devices as Pitney Bowes provide the hardware. During the entire process I was very impressed with the lead engineer Stuart as he clearly explained why the upgrade was necessary and also further clarified the importance of this.
