They use a company called UniUni here in Chicago. The package is being delivered to a UPS store with normal store hours. They've been unable to deliver it because nobody is home;)

Paid for tracking

Paid for tracking, no tracking updates for a month, hasn't even left the country yet. Tried to contact them to find out why it hasn't moved and was told they will email me later. The refused to assist me or provide any details. A MONTH, no tracking despite paying for it, hasn't even left the country and cannot get ANYONE to tell me where it is or when it will be delivered. Disgusting treatment of customers. DO NOT provide the service they advertise. DONT USE THEM.

My parcel keeps changing status since…

My parcel keeps changing status since they received 2nd December, had an estimated arrival 12th/18th that has now dropped & awaiting a new delivery estimated time once they ship....(UK) To ( NZ) It has now been 21 days status still shows (Arrived at our international hub UK) as at 23rd December 2025. I understand about Christmas delays etc, but this is beyond the point of Huh Huh! I will not be purchasing online in the UK eBay or other if this new platform (Global shipping is going to be used) The Global shipping also does not refund overpaid quotes given which even for a tiny item is totally extreme, So this instance alone the high fee should cover an A1, No Fuss, Trust Worthy, Stress Free, No Fail Delivery. I'm Sticking With Royal Mail (Or No Sale) will I get my parcel who knows, it's been very stressful & maybe a very great financial loss of a very hard to finance (savings) loss, What makes this system more so FRUSTRATING you cannot (& tried) have any communication with them as a casual user, Buyer/Seller

Always undeliverable exception

Bought some leder gris wax oil on eBay for my leather boots, these had to go through eBay Global Shipping Program with Pitney Bowes. They said it's undeliverable exception, but it also says please contact us under their tracking page, yet there's no clickable link to contact Pitney Bowes as why they marked it as undeliverable while eBay still allowed the seller to sell it via their Global Shipping Program. In a word, this company SUCKS.

2nd time Failed to deliver to my apartment

Hello, this is my second mail package that Pitney Bowes failed to deliver to my apartment Address. The first failed package delivery, the driver placed my mail package in the window opening at the front door of my apartment complex. Today, a tenant at my apartment knocked on my apartment door this morning handing my mail package to me informing that the mail package was sitting on the sidewalk near the front apartment entrance. I paid big money for the mail package items and delivery from the Uk to have a driver who doesn't care drop off a mail packages wherever they want. Why are they even reporting to work and being paid if they're doing things like this?

What happened

What happened? Service was always good but my last experience was atrocious. Julia from online chat just gave a non-working link and disconnected chat despite explaining the link isn't finding what I need and asked if someone could call me direct. Chat disconnected

If I could give them zero stars I would

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible customer experience. Every invoice they send is blank, so I need to log a call for each. Bear in mind they insist on debiting one's account multiple times a month, so I log multiple calls a month just to get the invoices. And nothing is done to fix the issue. What a joke!

Delivery company to avoid at all cost

They are preferred partner for eBay. You have to deal with them but they qualify your bought product as undeliverable and then simply make your very rare product disappear. I learned my lesson and will avoid a new experience with Pitney Bowes at all cost.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible. I wish I could put 0 stars. Customer Service, chats, ability to email is all non-existent. I finally got a person on the phone and literally did not understand one word - sounded like they were speaking with a mouth full of marbles.
Come on Pitney Bowes, you are charging enough in order to provide some kind of customer service. I still don't have my problem fixed and have been attempting a call or email or chat for the past 2 hours and nothing.
Don't use them. Go to the post office and you will save yourself some major headaches.

Consider Carefully before Proceeding with Pitney Bowes

We are current and longstanding Pitney Bowes lease customers and would not recommend doing business with Pitney Bowes. Although the quarterly lease fee is somewhat worth it for the added convenience of having a postage meter, the extra charges outweigh any and all convenience factors. In addition, their general business practices are questionable. A Pitney Bowes customer should always be on his/her toes in reviewing bills/charges, reading the fine print, and tracking lease autorenewal dates. Doing so takes about the same amount of time as driving to the local post office, so it's simply not worth it.

It is a BIG TRAP working with PitneyBowes

Our business has been with PitneyBowes for more than a year for a postage meter, it has been bumpy ride since the first day. At first, there was an additional hidden insurance cost which never been mentioned to us when we were promoted to lease this equipment. During the lease term, the refill of postage is always problematic. Both the website and meter are NOT working for refilling the postage at all. Every time we have to issue a support ticket to solve it. Still, it is NOT working properly now. They seem give a credit amount for you for the postages to print, but are always hungary to force you to pay earlier so they have a better cash flow. I understand it as a business owner but if we are forced to pay earlier, then the credit amount is useless! It is just a tricky hook - using a lie to attract new customer.

Their payment system is alwasy having problem, we have credit card attached to the account but they force you to pay using your bank account. When you paid, the amount does not get accounted right away, however, the paid amount has been gone through our bank right away. Only many days after the dues can be cleared, meanwhile you always received a Low Postage Credit Alert. That means we cannot refill postage and cannot print. What the heck! We paid many days ago! They are just on purpose to slowly account paid amount in order to keep their cash flow and slow down our marketing operation. A lot of time, we could not print just because the stupid low postage credit alert. However we actually paid and did not owe any money!! Not to say there is still $1000 credit amount we have available.

It is a huge trap for this lease. You will be very surprised that all postage used are HSTable, we are never been told this. A big hidden fee! A lot would say you paid hst and you would claim back. If you are really running your busienss you will understand. We should not pay anything we are not meant to pay. See this, you pay the rental fees for the machine, then you havd postage cost, plus the HST, having a psotage meter is way much more expensive than just buying actual postage to use. This is a big lesson to learn. Every time, we are dying to cancel the lease agreement. We are sucked in now and keep paying it! :(

The worst thing is that their system is NOT working. For example, you refilled $300 postage through the Internet connected meter, you expected that this amount would be sync to the online account. Or you refilled $200 postage online and this amount should be sync to the meter. Then every party is consistent and remain working. They do not. One of most stupid system we have even encounterred in my life. I issued three support tickets, it has never been fixed. For a company like this size, the quality of service is like garbage. I have already lost confidence in PitneyBowes. I have paid my lesson and still paying it until the lease ends. Just wish you guys do not jump to it. PitneyBowe is not a company to work with easily. Broken system, unfair hidden fees, and slow customer cares, and unprofessional services.

Took my funds but refuse to give back

Had a PB account for business. Using the online system was no problem. Closed business and account at beginning of 2025. Requested refund if postage overpayment and was told I had entered wrong account number. Impossible to contact anyone as no phone works or gives you an automated system advising you go online. I started getting monthly statements showing they owed me a refund but because I had closed account I had no way to access my online account information. For the past 6 months I have been attempting to reach someone to resolve issue while continuing to receive statements showing overpayment. Emails were of no use. I was finally able to back door my way into their system to reach an actual human. I was told that as stated on refund request that PB won’t refund any amount under $25. based on a federal regulation implying that they this decision was not their choice. I was told that most people send in the amount to cover the difference between refund amount and $25.00 So I should give PB more of my money on a closed account I have no access to and hope they send me it all back.
I looked up the regulation and it says nothing about withholding my funds and that actually since I paid them money that was never used I can be refunded. I will keep trying to get them to refund my money based on principle alone. I feel this company deliberately keeps customers from accessing any customer service outside of technical support so they don’t have to actually deal with any issues and hope most people will just give up.
DMM 604.9.3.1 — Postage Refunds for Mail Not Delivered or Returned

• Mail that was not sent or not delivered due to USPS error.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service on line keeps erroring out, chat cut me off, I called twice to try to get through the auto attendant to finally get someone who did not understand how to fix the problem, and stated he could not transfer me, even though I could hear everyone behind him. I am 22 minutes into this call and have not resolution
No wonder people aren't mailing things anymore. Quality people would make this a much quicker process

Very bad company

Very bad company. Horrible customer service. I just paid 2800 to get out of this contract. returned their machine early because it broke and didnt work so often. I opted to just get a 30$ postage meter off amazon. When My previouse contract was about to expire they called and emailed me multiple times and pressured me to sign a new 3 year contract. That was the only time I was able to talk to an actually american. Was when they were pounding me to sugn a new contract. Slimey company - dont do business with them.

If I could have I wouldn't have left…

If I could have I wouldn't have left any stars for this trashy company, after I left my review these people pinkney bowes" basically harassed me through email demanding that I remove my review and after I refused to do so they got in contact with the website that I ordered from not realizing that my package was be shipped by pickeny bowes through the company that I made my purchase and the company employee called my personal number asking me to remove my review and I refused because my review was true and accurate. pickney bowes is the worst company for packages to be shipped with on several occasions my packages was lost through them and a couple of times it took anywhere from three to five months to receive my packages shipped through pinkney bowes.
