I previously left a review of PHS back in December 2025 having recently taken over a HSQE role within the company. After some dark times with PHS that had left a very sour taste, Emma worked incredibly well with me to develop a working relationship that proved successful on both sides and subsequently, faith in PHS began to be restored.
In the last couple of months, we have again encountered some extensive issues which, although caused by the unnecessary involvement of others, Emma has once again personally ensured that the situation was fully rectified.
Her customer service is exemplary, her communication excellent and her willingness to work with the customer to ensure the smooth running of contracts is highly commendable. She has exactly the right personality and approach and in all honesty, had Emma not been placed as our Account Manager, I truly feel that we may now have been working with another supplier. Therefore retaining our continued business is testament to the service that Emma personally provides. She is a credit to your company and the reason why we are still using the services of PHS.
