Had an issue with a hand dryer and called to report it. Spoke to Stacey McGuire, who very quickly got the job logged.
Very impressed that I got a phone call the following morning (maybe Lauren?) who confirmed that job was logged and engineer would be out to us as soon as possible.
Engineer was out in a matter of hours and replaced unit.
Fab service.
Even got another call from Stacey just to confirm engineer had attended and everything was ok.
