Very expensive and arrived with two faults
The tap looks lovely but after repeated delays to its delivery, it arrived with two faults. Perrin & Rowe are willing to send new parts but not pay towards the cost of plumbing to install or send a new tap (unless you first get the tap removed and have their QA department check it and try to repair it). Not what you'd expect for what was an extremely expensive tap. Hugely disappointed.

Our products are made to order, which can sometimes mean longer lead times than expected depending on the specification, however we appreciate that this only adds to the disappointment when things don’t arrive as they should.
We completely understand your concerns around experiencing faults so soon after installation, especially on a premium product. While we initially supported with replacement parts under the warranty scheme, we recognise that this hasn’t met your expectations in this instance.
We are actively reviewing this case with your retailer to ensure it’s resolved in a way that is fair and straightforward for you. Wasiq Khan (Senior Customer Service Manager) will be in contact in due course so we can help bring this to a proper resolution.

We have a thirty plus year old tap and…
We have a thirty plus year old tap and we’re looking to replace it but after speaking with Tom from Perrin and Rowe and whatapping photos he was able to identify the the discontinued model and find me a new spout at a fraction of the price of buying a new tap. It arrived in a day. He also sent me advice on how to eliminate limescale without damage. The service went far and above. It was exemplary and the new spout itself is gorgeous. Recommend.

First of all, Tom in Customer Service was extremely professional and helpful in the way he listened to my request to order a replacement for my hot water tap washer unit which had just started to drip 21 years after installation! He took me through various options, even double checked whether I could purchase some ‘o’ rings for a part without having to order a much bigger item. Fantastic service. Product problem
I had a problem with a shower rose and called in. Tom at Perrin and Rowe immediately owned the issue admitted that particular model had had similar issues and has sent me the upgraded version at no charge to me.
