Replacement bath …
I contacted Victoria and Albert after my original Monaco bath developed a crack, I believe due to faulty plumbing. Without any fuss they sent a replacement bath, nearly 25 years after the original bath was installed, and were a pleasure to deal with, particularly Simon.
I love my bath which is so comfortable and stylish and I highly rate this company.

They confirmed that we met the guarantee criteria but only offered a like for like replacement and refused to offer a refund. We’re now stuck with a bath we don’t want can’t sell.

Buyer Beware
We ordered Victoria + Albert's beautiful slipper tub for our new Master Bath renovation and sadly a hairline crack in its base and a chip was discovered during installation. We know that the tub was securely situated in our garage for 2 mos. safeguarded from damage and we know that our contractor did not cause the damage on installation. There was no indication that this fracture was caused by handling during shipment, but our contractor believes it was inadvertently caused by aggressive pressure on the winching strap when being prepared for shipment to the plumbing supply house. The sales rep for Victoria + Albert has refused to address the problem, instead relying on the contractor's failure to identify the problem during the 5-day inspection period or, in the alternative, mishandling by the contractor. We find it incomprehensible that a company would not stand by its product, but rather be relieved that their quality control issues were not discovered on a timely basis. Their resolution was to offer us a 50% discount off of a $7,198 MSRP for another tub order, so our slipper tub would now cost us close to $10,000. Our contractor never had reason to doubt the quality and integrity of V+A’s product. He was shocked when he discovered the fracture only by running his hand along the base. As an aside, our prior contractor, in constructing a new bathroom for us, left the new tub ordered for that project unboxed in our garage for three (3) months without ever inspecting it. He never doubted the integrity of that product. So, buyer beware. My request for assistance filed with House of Rohl, a large corporate conglomerate of luxury bath brands that owns V+A, went ignored.

Choosing everything during a renovation can be a minefield and Sandra went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't recommend this company and Sandra highly enough.
