Having ordered a door, it did not arrive when promised, and there was no communication at all about what was going on. When I called LPD Doors I spoke to the very efficient Kelly, who immediately owned the problem, found a solution and contacted me back as promised. Sadly it is not often that happens these days, but thanks to her we received our door today as promised. Thank you Kelly 😊

Ordering process is very simple, door delivered within 3 days. We’ve bought LPD doors previously as they are excellent quality. Driver was polite and helpful and offered to carry the door to the room where it is due to be fitted
