My nephew has a mobility scooter which…
My nephew has a mobility scooter which got a puncture on Saturday 25th July and because he had breakdown insurance he rang to say he had broken down. When he took the insurance out they said they would get to him 24/7.
This is all well and good but after several phone calls the tyre wasn't fixed until Wednesday 29th July! 4 days! He is an amputee and all they could offer him was a taxi home and the scooter recovered. It's the only way he can get to the chemist for his medication. The advisor on the phone was also very rude and not helpful at all. He said we needed to have some patience and they would deal with it when they could. This is not how people should be treated, disabled or not.

Max at Eden mobility at skelmeradale concourse was very helpful today we had a problem with a scooter we already have and he interrupted his lunch break to go out of his way to help us solve the problem without his help my mum would have been stranded we couldn’t have thanked him enough for his help today.

Great Walking Aids
I had a wonderful and prompt service. My walking sticks were bright with luminous handle and foot stopper both are great to see in the dark. I’m very pleased with my purchases and they are well made and strong to balance while walking. The price was also great but the sticks are strong I’ve got one in red the other is in blue the rubber handles are easy to hold without causing pain to my hands. Service and delivery excellent. Staff were so respectful and helpful.

10/10 , no hard sell. Highly reccomended
We had a lovely time with Phoebe the staff member at Eden mobility, there was no hard sell, she was very easy to talk to, very kind and patient with us, and was in no rush. She was happy to take the time we needed to keep mum comfortable and understanding everything. Phoebe was one of the reasons we made our purchase from there. We felt like valued customers, the service was 10/10 and I highly recommend.

Amazing service
The representative, Andrew, was really helpful, approachable and very professional. He found out what I needed and what would work best for me, and wasn't happy until I was. He let me demonstrate the chairs inside and outside the shop. Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommended.
