10/10 , no hard sell. Highly reccomended
We had a lovely time with Phoebe the staff member at Eden mobility, there was no hard sell, she was very easy to talk to, very kind and patient with us, and was in no rush. She was happy to take the time we needed to keep mum comfortable and understanding everything. Phoebe was one of the reasons we made our purchase from there. We felt like valued customers, the service was 10/10 and I highly recommend.

Amazing service
The representative, Andrew, was really helpful, approachable and very professional. He found out what I needed and what would work best for me, and wasn't happy until I was. He let me demonstrate the chairs inside and outside the shop. Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommended.

Amazing customer service from start to…
Amazing customer service from start to finish!! Andrew couldn't help us enough and has helped even my mum the confident and a new life. Would highly recommend, go to Andrew in Stockport he's amazing and will help with anything you need and be truthful with what you need and what will suit best.

Leigh from the Peterborough branch was soo helpful and felt she put me first and my disability. Even though I felt uncomfortable as is the first time I have brought a mobility aid and cuz I'm still young..ISH lol. I felt awkward. But she put me at ease and helped and was such a lovely lady. Lovely welcoming service.
Just dropped into the Ripley branch and was welcomed by Louisa. My mum wanted to take a look at the recliner chairs. She tried them all and was given lots of helpful advice. We have an appointment booked for a visit to also discuss stairlifts as there is an offer on at the moment. Louisa was patient, answered all our questions and was brilliant with my mum. Thank you.

Fantastic service from knowledgeable staff
I visited Eden Mobility enquiring about mobility scooter batteries. Chloe gave me sound advice about this. I was interested in the scooters in the store even without my elderly parents with me. I asked Chloe if I could video record her demo. This was really useful to send to my parents.
I took my Mother to the shop the following day, where we were served by Liz the store manager.
We bought the scooter (much lighter than ours that needed battery replacement) Chloe had demonstrated so well, and Liz pulled out all the stops to make sure the new scooter was delivered in time for our holiday.
Brilliant service from this shop that has a wide selection of mobility aids and helpful, knowledgeable staff.

SUPERB & EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM PAUL WILSON AT MANSFIELD BRANCH
After poor health I was unsure what sort of mobility scooter I required as Id never had one in the past, so I popped in to the Eden Mobility shop in Mansfield with my wife about 2 years ago and was greeted by Paul Wilson who showed us each scooter and then before we decided, he walked round the market with me riding it, to make sure it was not only comfortable for me but also light enough for my wife to take apart and fit in our car boot. The scooter is excellent and last week I needed something so popped in to see Paul who is always helpful and friendly and polite and he able to send me away a very happy customer. Without Paul's help and support, I dont think id have bought and scooter and would have kept struggling but Paul's advice and business it has given me alot more inpendance and less falls on to rock hard pavements.
