Our nice experience this morning
I am a community support worker, I attended the shop this morning with a client. We were met with very friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome
( Lucie and Jonathan). We browsed around the shop, the staff advised us, gave us a mobility magazine for us to take away, we will definitely return and recommend to our other service users for future purchases.

I have been going in the shop for many years to buy equipment so I have got to know Lucy and I just want to say if there was a reward for the no 1 sales person she would the one
She is so passionate about her customers and genuinely wants to make sure you get what is best for you
Nothing is ever any trouble
Only last week we went regarding a scooter for one of our Clients we had been given some funding towards and she was there right away seeing how we can find what we needed she explained everything about it and knew what she what she was talking about we even ended up with a Bag for the back of it unbelievable service

Took my partner to look at wheelchairs
Took my partner to have a look at some wheelchairs. Both the staff Lucie and Laura were very helpful and had a lot of knowlage about the products.
They let my partner try out the chairs and we had a bit of a laugh witch was really nice

Excellent customer service
I went to Eden to have a look at different wheelchair options as my mobility has been getting worse.
Very friendly staff Laura showed me all the different chairs and let me try them all out. She was very helpful and not pushy at all as today was just a recon mission to find out prices and what I wanted ect.
Laura also told me about the coffee mornings which will be nice to attend will definitely be back ☺️
