Took my partner to look at wheelchairs
Took my partner to have a look at some wheelchairs. Both the staff Lucie and Laura were very helpful and had a lot of knowlage about the products.
They let my partner try out the chairs and we had a bit of a laugh witch was really nice

Excellent customer service
I went to Eden to have a look at different wheelchair options as my mobility has been getting worse.
Very friendly staff Laura showed me all the different chairs and let me try them all out. She was very helpful and not pushy at all as today was just a recon mission to find out prices and what I wanted ect.
Laura also told me about the coffee mornings which will be nice to attend will definitely be back ☺️

I visited the Oldham shop recently…
I visited the Oldham shop recently feeling apprehensive and looking to buy a mobility scooter. I was put at ease by Rachel very quickly. We discussed my needs and she was very helpful finding the correct scooter to suit me. I was allowed a test drive, which gave me confidence with Rachel's guidance. She went over and above to help ( we even had quite a laugh), great company. I came away with my purchase, very happy, therefore I have now got my freedom to go out and about again. Excellent Service
Me and my mum visited the shop in Oldham and was served by Rachael and she went above and beyond to help sort my mums service out for her electric wheelchair.
Every-time we visit the shop Lucy and Rachael are very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
