Excellent service from start to finish. Were very helpful with providing trim tolerances, so I didn't damage the door, too. They had the best price of the door I (my wife) wanted, and delivery comms... See more

Very helpful friendly sales staff. Great communication via emails. But Caught delivery driver dragging my door across the drive which made a terrible sound and the door hardly had any protection on just a thin bit of cardboard and plastic. Slightly damaged the door so I rejected it and it went back on the van. The driver was vacant and indifferent and nonplused. I Complained and received excellent support a chap in sales and consequently from Michelle in logistics and she organised an independent courier to send a replacement door in next couple of days which has now arrived on 30/8/24. This time the door was wrapped like you’ve never seen before in thicker stronger cardboard and foam corners and thick harder plastic wrap. This was a complete contrast to the original delivery which was barely wrapped up. The joiner said he’s never seen a door so well wrapped. It was like a different company had sent it and the courier (DX) was completely different and helpful and carried the door all the way to the garage. After all the unwrapping door deals had sent back exactly the same damaged door - we checked my photos with this door and the damage was the same as was our peeling from before to check the damage. So mixed feelings: good and bad really. Why didn’t the original delivery have much wrapping on? Or was this door deals being somewhat sarcastic and concealing the previous damage? Why was their original courier a bit vacant and slow and dragging my door across the drive with barely any protection? Why was the independent courier so much better than the daft courier from door deals? Why send back the door I rejected? I’m not sure I would or wouldn’t use these guys again.. there is plenty to like about the company and their staff and communication if I’m honest but the door dragging driver didn’t show care or respect and sending the same door back is not funny.

Best taxi I have ever got home from a night out in a long time. I felt safe. The driver was friendly, he wasn't rude or asking inappropriate questions like other taxis, and he was helpful and the sunroof on his car was amazing 🤩
Absolute RUBBISH! Never hardwood!!!! I have never seen anything so badly
Made and worse of all, made with such rediculoisly poor materials!!! The finish is really poor and not sanded and First time someone stood on the step the front broke off and you can see the wood is nothing but a mash of absolute rubbish that mushes in your fingers! The joints are so poor the frame twists, clearly no glue used but to be honest it would be pointless as the Mortice part of the joint isnt attached to the wood or even made with the same wood as the rest of the frame!! I cannot stress how poor this is!!

Door deals have supplied our commercial premises with glazed FD60 doors, which are hard to find elsewhere. They are also really competitive with price.
To my amazement, the customer service was top-notch (a rarity these days).
Very fast delivry by their own van and driver so goods arrived in top condition, helpful staff on the phone, sensible pricing and the wood all looks good quality and finish. About to order another door now.
From the minute you place an order till it’s received the company are always updating you on the process of your order. Nothing is left to speculation
The driver who delivered the doors was very obliging and respectful and a credit to the company
I have never ordered from here before however I will use this company again and I would recommend it to everyone.
Adam has provided and exceptional service time and time again. i would highly recommend door deals to anyone.
Great door delivered on time by Sam who helped bring it indoors
Great company, had a wide variety of doors, managed to get my awkward sized fire door no problem, definitely be buying here from now on, looking forward to choosing my doors for my new house when I move 5⭐ company.
A great service and a very reasonable price. Custom made and delivered very quickly. Great communication
Thank you
User friendly website. Good communication regarding delivery preferences. Good quality doors at a fair price. Would definitely recommend this company.
Ordered a door, 7 weeks later still waiting for it. Checked online account and showing ‘awaiting stock’. Sent email week 5 asking for dimensions of door glazing cross bar ( to match with window) no reply. Phoned today girl on phone couldn’t give a s#it attitude if I’m honest. Said it might be here next week but couldn’t guarantee. Asked about my email I sent. She said hadn’t received it. AVOID AT ALL COST! GO ELSEWHERE!
I ordered a hardwood door confirmed 12th March 2024. "For this range of Hemlock and Redwood doors the manufacturing lead time is approx 3 - 5 weeks from order." Tried to check on progress and got a very aggressive response, despite emailing several times got nowhere. I was trying to give the carpenter an update but not able to. Finally receive an email saying "Our supplier has updated me that your order is due into our warehouse on 11/04/24" later told that there was a delay and would not get door to there distributor before 18th April so forget 3-5 weeks still no help with date I might finally receive it. In the end I receive it 23rd April. On delivery my carpenter spots damage and gets driver to photo, he then has to spend another 3 hours removing the bottom slat and rubbing it down to mask the damage at a cost of £60. I contact DoorDeals who are dismissive and sarcastic offering a £25 reduction for a door that cost just under £500. I asked them to reconsider but nothing coming I suggested £75 would be nearer the mark but no give. If this is acting reasonably it's a joke and not a very nice one, delivering a damaged door after the wait caused extra cost. I certainly would not advise anybody else to buy anything from this company.
Placed an order 06/06/2024.
There was no mention of stock issues or delivery problems when I paid. It's now 05/07!2024 and we are "awaiting stock"
What a complete waste of my time, if I had been informed the item was not in stock I would have went with an alternative.
