I recently visited the David M. Robinson showroom in Liverpool to purchase a watch, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was assisted by James, who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing exactly the kind of high-level service you expect when buying a luxury timepiece. If you are looking for a new watch, definitely ask for James. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will certainly be returning to DMR in the future.

I had an excellent experience at the DMR boutique in Canary Wharf and I want to especially commend Baron for his outstanding service.

From the moment I arrived, Baron was incredibly courteous, welcoming, and professional. His knowledge across Rolex — and also Patek Philippe and Tudor — is truly impressive. He took the time to understand my preferences, wrist size, and lifestyle, and patiently guided me through different models to help me understand which watches would genuinely suit me best, rather than simply pushing a sale.

The level of hospitality was exceptional and made the entire experience very pleasant and relaxed. I never felt rushed, and every question I had was answered clearly and thoughtfully. It felt like a genuine consultation with someone who truly loves watches and values long-term relationships with clients.

I would highly recommend any watch lover to pay Baron a visit — not only for Rolex, but also for Patek Philippe, Tudor, and fine watchmaking in general. A truly first-class experience.

I was greated kindly by the doorman and then Joseph assisted me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. I felt valued and knew that the adjustments to my ring were in safe hands. He guessed correctly what new size I'd require. He assured me that the ring would not leave the premises and the master goldsmith would adjust the ring as soon as possible.
